I already ordered a pair of gloves, they never arrived or I requested delivery, so returned to the supplier from which I still have not received a refund for already two months. I ordered a pair for 35 euros and the gloves received do not match the photo on the site. I sent emails with photos; my gloves have no design inside as shown in your photos, and it seems that the material is not the same, lighter. Here I am a seller, so I know a bit.

I am a small customer, for a few years, 15 days ago, by my fault, I made a mistake in the size of an air filter costing 9.90 euros. I had to return it, order a new one along with other parts. I took the liberty of asking for a discount by phone, and the response from the lady was: 'Sir, no way, you need to read the general sales conditions carefully...'!!
