usually very happy, but here I noticed just after the end of an order that I was missing something, I immediately placed my second order and immediately wrote to the minimix team to warn them to try to make only one package for my order to avoid shipping costs for 2 orders and not to waste an extra box unnecessarily. (sent my email at 10 PM on 27/02/2020) response email on 28/02/2020 at 12:09: "Hello, the packages have already been prepared and taken over by the carrier." too bad...

Hello, Each order is recorded with an order number. Each order is individual and has its own shipping costs or is free if over 39 euros at a relay point or post office. Minimx ships hundreds of orders per day, so it is up to you as a customer to plan your orders or adapt them according to any shipping costs. Our orders placed the night before are shipped very early in the morning so that you can receive them quickly. Your message, to save on a box, cannot therefore be taken into account. Using the site is super easy and delivery is very fast!!! However, one of the engine covers was cracked and the delivery point where the package was dropped off was not the right one. I will order from your site again but the delivery people need to make an effort....

Hello, the motorcycle arrived on time, but during transport, the fork legs were damaged... I called MiniMX and they replied that since you signed with the carrier, it's no longer our problem. I find it not normal at all that there is no insurance for the price we pay.

Hello, This is not exactly what we told you. As stated in our general sales conditions, you must notify the carrier of any reservations regarding the delivered product. You received your package with holes and did not make any reservations, so the carrier's insurance does not apply.
