Super delivery, top-notch, easy to assemble. But the bike has some signs of wear, scratches even though it is supposed to be new. Otherwise, it runs perfectly

Very disappointed because the site indicates that this air filter sleeve is made for Apollo RXF 190 whereas this is not the case. No photo of the product on the site to confirm that it is the right part! So I do not recommend this site!!

Hello, We do not indicate anywhere that it is compatible with the Apollo RXF 190 brand. Moreover, I remind you that it is a YCF part, the second reason is that we do not work with Apollo and we do not have specific parts for their machines, I understand that you are looking for parts for the RXF which are difficult or even impossible to find but you cannot hold it against us. Not recommending us because we do not have compatible parts with a motorcycle and brand that we do not sell is quite severe. I am nonetheless sorry that this product is not compatible and hope you will find availability with the Apollo brand. Thank you for your understanding. The minimx.fr team

You are right in the gasket pouch, one gasket was cut among the 6 gaskets in the pouch, we therefore proposed a partial refund of the gasket or a resend of the gasket. Best regards. Several times I had difficulty contacting customer service, they told me the motorcycle would arrive at their depot on that date and in the end it arrived two weeks later at their depot, and for the delivery of the motorcycle I did not have much follow-up and news after that and on the day of delivery at my place, the delivery person left because it was impossible to move the motorcycle which was all the way at the back of the truck with lots of pallets and other things in front, so because of that the delivery person left with it, I tried to contact him, no news, no rescheduled delivery, so I am still waiting, frankly disappointing.

Received damaged oil radiator, grilles and radiator fins bent and dented. And also €1600 of order and shipping costs at our expense, nothing at all, and again if you click on the Carbon cartridge you receive the gray, there is a small problem with the photo.
