An engine necessarily contains oil inside, and it happens, unfortunately, that during transport, despite the instructions on our packaging, the box is turned over. Our carriers are instructed to change the box before delivery in such cases. We are sorry that this was not done.

Dirt 125cc Order shipped and received quickly. Packaging of the bike nothing to say. Assembly of the bike without problems thanks to the youtube video. Be careful to change the oil (this is not indicated at any time) Small problem with the fuel tap as it was poorly machined. Quickly resolved with customer service who sent me a new one in 3 days. Hello, I placed the order on 28/08, processed on 30/08 as it was a Saturday. On 31/08 I received the order at the parcel relay (Chronopost) in express delivery, I ordered a 14" rear wheel and I received a 17" front wheel. I called customer service and it’s not their fault!! and to have the correct wheel sent back is a whole hassle.... Anyway, I explained to them that I needed it quickly because my son had a contest that weekend. And I received the wheel on 06/09, so after the weekend with an express shipment sent on 03/09, and in what condition they didn’t send it to the relay point as requested and the delivery person threw it over the gate and then my dog took care of it... And the icing on the cake is that they certified express delivery so on Saturday 04/09 (stated on the site as express before 1 PM) Let’s just say my son was thrilled with his weekend. PS: at customer service no way to speak to a manager, the response they gave me was "he will tell you the same as us" Very bad experience.

Regarding shipments, we have daily pickups from Monday to Friday, no shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. It has been 15 days since I ordered and I still have not received my order. On the site, it is mentioned 'delivered to the relay point'. However, the latter never received it. When I go to the carrier's site, it indicates that my order is being prepared at MMX. I hope, in the worst case, to be refunded for my order amounting to 400€... All the same.

Hello, We invite you to install a wheel gripster on your rim; if the valve has torn off, it is because it turned with the tire. The essentials to avoid this type of frequent puncture are rim tape + gripster, which will keep your inner tube stuck to the rim and prevent the valve from tearing off when shifting with the tire.
