Based on this, a commercial proposal was made to you, which you refused. A second one was proposed to you, which you also refused. The request you made afterwards was not feasible. The service is far from being as pitiful as you indicate, and was very understanding on the contrary. The product unfortunately out of stock on your order was impossible to obtain in the shortest time (YCF being themselves out of stock), we therefore proceeded to refund you for the said part as per your request. Our colleague therefore informed you that in this case, we cannot file a complaint for a package declared delivered, as the tracking is valid. Our colleague whom you find unpleasant (it is still you who got carried away and not her), explained the situation to you, told you that she understood you but that her scope of action was very limited regarding the carrier. That is why our colleague requested the refund of your axle and offered you free shipping so that you could reorder another one soon without cost. If you had followed the status of your order, you would have also seen that your package was declared delivered, you might have contacted the carrier to find out what was going on.
