I did not receive the package

Worst order of my life, I ordered on Tuesday the 20th, it is the 26th I still have not received my order, despite the fact that I took a 24/48h order which is largely exceeded

I sent an email following a phone call, stating that I was missing a rear 12-inch wheel in my order. I never received a response.

Poor communication

The order never arrived, it was blocked at the post office, when I contacted them, I was told to contact the post office myself... after telling them that it was their responsibility to do so, they filed a complaint with Colissimo. This is not Minimx's fault, but my order shows as delivered on the site while the tracking still indicates it as blocked, I am told that it is Colissimo that displays it this way... the status changed the day I complained about the delay. The customer service responds, but without any useful communication, I made 2 refund requests but they were not taken into account. It has been 1 month and 1 week since I placed the order. No commercial gesture has been proposed to me, I am told to wait for Colissimo's decision but the deadline for Colissimo on the complaint has passed and still no news. I was already made to wait on the chat without a response for 20 minutes just to be shown a tracking status on the complaint. This package was for my son's birthday, several family members had paid for it, ordered 1 month earlier and my son will not have much on the day, again not their fault, but no gesture proposed. I find that sending the same item back would have been logical since the package is, according to Bpost, lost (Bpost handles Belgian delivery). Given the exceeded European deadline, I will go through Paypal to get a refund, Minimx does not seem to want to do it.

The site is nice and clear, the delivery is correct, but unfortunately my last order did not satisfy me.

Terrible delivery!! My package was not delivered to the initially planned relay. It finally arrived 28 km from my home via Chronopost, which makes almost 60 km round trip, and this without any explanation. It's lamentable from a carrier like Chronopost!!

Package tracking can be much better.

Disappointed

Wiring harness needs to be redone from A to Z. No indication that the original harness does not fit without modification on the coil as well as on the kill switch. The electrical diagram is not adapted at all. This is the second time I buy a complete ignition (CDI, coil, ignition, and harness) and the second time everything needs to be redone.

Very arrogant advisor who slightly treats customers like their buddies.

Minimx scammed me 11€ with Chronopost delivery that supposedly delivers the next day, but Minimx did not tell me that if my order exceeds 5kg, next-day delivery cannot be handled.

Hello, order received, but the tire carcass is all twisted and deformed, poor storage! And not the model ordered?! photo

Parts too small do not fit on 250cc vertical engine 167fmm contrary to the description...

I only received half of my package, and no news on the status of the engine.

Everything is perfect delivery, site except for the order error I ordered a classic start engine and received an engine with kick start.

Most of the parts received do not correspond with my motorcycle or are defective, I will not order from your site again. Might as well order from Aliexpress.

I asked for advice to replace a broken handle, it is the one that was recommended to me on the chat. I won't explain the grinder hits it took to do its job. 125 CRZ I am not looking to complain because I had to modify the part. But if you send me back, which model will it be? Free of course, that would ease the disappointment.

Product description really bad, the word adaptation needs to be reviewed. A product that is said to be adaptable on certain motorcycles means for me some holes to make or something basic and not starting to cut or having to make parts to be able to fix it

Delivery refund

For a first bad experience. Ordered a tire delivery with an inner tube normally. The tire was not the brand ordered and arrived but not the inner tube, finally leaves much to be desired - - - I don't know if I can recommend you...

Following the purchase of a 125 mx quad, some disappointments: the black and white handlebar mouse has a big yellow stain, I noticed a socket to charge the battery but no charger provided, instructions only in English and I think globally for several quads because the assembly instructions do not match exactly with the provided elements and especially a problem with the drum, I think a machining issue but which completely prevents the use of the quad. I have reported the information to customer service and am waiting for a response from them, hoping to receive a replacement part very quickly..

I received the engine gaskets broken, the casing was pierced

Poor quality, the valve broke twice.

The clutch cable that should go on a motorcycle in gear does not fit at all, it is too short once in place

I give 1 star because very bad first order never received I inform them I call the post office file a complaint send an email to minimix I limit harass them with phone calls they are arrogant with their customers no commercial gesture my order I only received it 1 month later a shame to avoid this unprofessional company
