The delivery was 20 days late, understandable given the confinement conditions, but the package arrived damaged, the protective iron bar was bent, and the rear guard was crushed.

Plastic kit sold as complete and finally arrives without a rear fender, so yes it was marked but all the way at the bottom of the description, do we have to read that far when we know what we need...

They do not want to give a return slip, not very commercial

Regarding my order, overall it is correct and fast, 3 days between the order and receipt!!! For that, I would give 4 stars, but the problem is that the carburetor I bought needs to be adjusted, and for that, I need technical advice, and even after sending an email, I am still waiting for a callback!!! Too bad, this tarnishes the brand image... P.S.: I did try to get information by phone, but the nice ladies do not know enough about what I was asking...

Big delivery problem due to a mistake on their part. The customer service looks down on you and does not want to hear anything. I managed to find my package after 10 days of searching. I asked customer service to pass me their manager, no way. The manager contacted me only after a threat of filing a complaint. I do not recommend this site due to very poor customer service.

Delivery supposedly within 24-48 hours arrived after 10 days in a torn box with already opened product boxes.

Feedback on my first purchase at MiniMx that I would now advise against! Motorcycle ordered on 26/04 and finally received on 17/06... To keep it simple, I will skip the details of these two months... I am not very satisfied with the delays not respected, whether it is the supply on their part (no stock and replenishment delays not respected twice...) and then the carrier for delivery (7 days when I paid for delivery in 48/72h max...) As many already know, after several emails and calls, you quickly realize that the customer/commercial service is deplorable and shows blatant bad faith... Of course, no apologies or commercial gesture, not even a little sticker for the kid who has been waiting for two months for his birthday, disappointment after disappointment... Fortunately, the motorcycle arrived in one piece! Decoration kit poorly placed and instructions not corresponding to the motorcycle, but nothing serious actually. For your information, the unpleasant Mr. you have on the phone named ALEXANDRE SARDINA is none other than the manager of Minimx... Yes, it is the boss who answers the phone and the salespeople who handle complaints... And even he can never do anything... It feels like a big website, but in fact, it is a small company of about ten people managed by a young guy who seems to be doing a bit of everything... Ste ksr racing / voltagreen / minimx. I understand the health problems that extend delays for everyone. But the minimum is to be commercial, good faith, and courteous, which has not been the case... In short, this is my first and last purchase with them, FLEE!! And find another site if you want to avoid problems, especially for a big purchase, but be careful, many sites seem to be partners with minimx!

Item sold individually while it works in pairs and is shown by 2 on the site... very expensive therefore for a simple 12mm spacer

Package supposedly dropped off at a relay point, still nothing at this time! I do not recommend this site

I am disappointed with the choice of items; the best tires are always out of stock like most of the things I would like to order. And GPS delivery is really the worst way to get delivered, always at least a week's delay, and that's when they actually come by my place. :(

I filed a complaint for the defective silencer: its tip melted in less than 2 hours of use. I still have not received a response from minimx

Unhappy with the preparation time of the order I called the service to tell me computer problem okay no problem that can happen but the least you can do is make a small commercial gesture

very poor tracking of the package, moreover when we ask where the package is, I get a quick response once giving me an indication of where to find it myself. But since then I sent an email and no more response. the package is marked delivered when it is not

Tank detached, missing the small rod from the fuel cap, no returns.

when I placed the order all the parts were available after 4 days still no shipment of my package, two phone calls to resolve the problem. once I received the package the parts were not correct did not match my order. called customer service again, twice on the phone they did not care about my problem or totally ignored it!!! I had to send an email to resolve the problem which is still ongoing.

Site to avoid, good if only one non-fragile part to order and even.....

New motorcycle that seems to have quite good quality but 2 defects on a new engine I am not happy at all, cylinder head too tight so thread dead equals air intake and speed practically impossible to pass, it's pathetic to sell motorcycles without verifying a minimum the engine etc, I was a pretty good customer I had my friends buy 5 dirt bikes from minimx but now it's over unless they are understanding and send me an engine back

Deplorable customer service, I encountered a woman who almost yelled at me!! The delivery, let's not talk about it, incomplete package, delivery fees in 24H not refunded. (waited more than a week to receive the rest of my order).

Very disappointed, I ordered fork protectors and I did not receive the right ones.

A shame! The item received is not the right one. Responses by email next to the plate, 30 minutes to reach customer service by phone, no commercial gesture. When I explain that the tire received is not suitable for the terrain, I feel like the person on the other side doesn't even know what a tire is. I am still waiting for someone to contact me to tell me what to do with my tire since the mistake is on their side.

2 compatible exhaust lines with our frames were ordered, none fit!! Response from customer service: remove the heat shield..... as if that would magically make it fit.... we are far from the mark so almost 100 euros wasted.

Problem with the cylinder head cover, the dimensions given do not match and the same with the air filter! I was able to adapt the filter but for the cylinder head it's impossible because it does not match!

Two of the products I received were not in accordance with the photo (specifically a pair of very poorly mounted rims).
