Hello, the motorcycle arrived on time, but during transport, the fork legs were damaged... I called MiniMX and they replied that since you signed with the carrier, it's no longer our problem. I find it not normal at all that there is no insurance for the price we pay.

Hello, I ordered 2 tires, one 14 and one 17, I received 2 14s so I paid for one that costs less.

I don't have the attachments for the cartridge and the cartridges have play when I put them with the weird po and I have to buy collar 2 and legs to join at the price I paid the po not even you put them for me as it should be planned.

More and more disappointed, this is the 3rd time I order

I ordered a handlebar that arrived bent and scratched.

On the site, I have nothing to say about the items in my order, but the delivery is really zero, however, very good too.

I ordered rim protectors to dismantle my wheels, completely useless purchase as they were pierced from the first use and worse damaged rim for the occasion... I didn't put 'very bad' because minimx responded quickly by offering me a 5% discount on my next order... but still not happy with this purchase.

Great, I am answered with a 'universal' user manual which when I search for the 160cc model nothing is displayed, the names on the side are different for each model, so thank you for leaving this negative review on the minimx site.

All the parts I ordered on the minimx site were for a 2007 ycf so I bought parts FOR YCF and when I received the package all excited I tried the parts and none fit the motorcycle so 60 euros of order wasted!! Thanks Minimx

Good delivery service but sells two parts of the same brand that do not go together... be logical!

The delivery is not too bad. Communication with them is impossible. They are always right (even when they are wrong). They claim compatibility of parts (even though we provide brand model and year of the dirt bike) when it is not the case. Honestly, I will not go back to them and prefer to go to competitors.

Really disappointed to have ordered a complete engine without a pipe I wanted to buy a 125 lifan engine with option 3 for electric and option 2 for the carburetor problem on the site it did not work

I found the packaging a bit light, especially the piston box which was completely open when I opened the package, for parts like that you still need quality packaging... otherwise nothing to say the products are delivered quickly nonetheless.

I ordered a 26mm gray intake pipe as shown in the photo on the site, I received a black intake pipe.

I will not order from this site again. In the description, it states that the item is compatible with your model and in reality, it is not at all. Of course, the return costs are at your expense, so it is not worth losing more money. Good to know, goodbye!

No response to my message, lousy service

Package refused by myself, cracked engine.

Delivery issue, package never arrived, incomplete address! 2 times

I am following up on my last two orders. The products from the VShock brand were on sale until out of stock. First order: a shock absorber in 290mm (base price 149 euros, reduced to 89 euros). The shock absorber arrived with impacts on the spring and the base price (labeled) was at 129 euros including tax... (I also specify, received packaged in bubble wrap, no VShock box, nor any reference on the shock absorber). Second order: Adjustable fork 730 mm. Packaging upon receipt was perfect. But same as the fork damaged, impacts on the tubes and fork caps were largely damaged. Prices displayed on the site before reduction: 299 euros, price after reduction: 199 euros. On the bubble packaging, the original displayed price is 279 euros... Conclusion: on two orders placed for promotional products (promotion still ongoing on 15.10.2019), the products arrived damaged (but packaging intact...). The original prices do not seem to correspond to the actual including tax prices of the products. Refund almost immediate after return. I will not order again on minimx.fr

Box in bad condition and rusty part

I ordered an exhaust for my Dirt bike, when opening the package the clamp with the rubber to hold the exhaust was missing plus the small screw that holds the two parts together. I made a customer service request and received the clamp but still no small screw. I want a refund.
