I ordered a product with a precise description and was sent a product that did not match, despite being in contact with your competent and friendly service, I was refunded for the product but not for the shipping costs!!!! This is unacceptable if you sell a product that you do not have, I am not responsible!!!! A shame.

Hello, the Green Chain Roller (8mm) cannot be installed because the axle of the motorcycle is not long enough, the VParts Red and Green Swingarm Protectors cannot be installed because they are too short and do not fit with the original screws, the 2 420 13d 20mm output sprockets cannot be installed because when we install the 20mm output sprocket lock, the chain gets stuck because the lock is too wide. It is mentioned on your site that all these parts are compatible with all dirt bikes, which is misleading. My children have a CRZ 125 and these parts are not compatible. The site is simple and effective to use, however it is not the same regarding delivery, I did not receive the correct piston clips or the correct axle... I sent an email directly to which I received no response, and I reach your voicemail every time I call! Not professional at all!

Hello, on your site the handle is complete, I only received the lever, I went back on the day I received my parts and it was the same..... how should we proceed to get this complete handle....

The engine arrived well packaged but the gasket for the ignition cover was missing = Call from customer service = very friendly they sent me an email with a form to fill out = never heard back which is why the review is bad. (maybe it takes time (17 days) but other than that the engine was very well packaged) Second thing, remember to adjust the valves because they are not adjusted at all!!! As a YouTuber, many of my subscribers pointed this out and some had a problem with the engine because of that the valve(s) touched the piston!!! A little lack of seriousness on that side which doesn't bother me because I checked before installation... it would be normal for a new engine to be ready for use but oh well.... Hello, the order has arrived, but the carburetors were not adjusted... the bikes were choking when accelerating... they were supposed to be adjusted at the factory... I had to adjust the carburetors, for the uninitiated it's a manipulation that is not obvious... I am therefore disappointed

Really long delivery contrary to the 24/48h stated on the site! A week to receive a package! Other than that, the site has plenty of parts, not expensive. Good site except for the delivery problems!

I bought 2 gunshot 125 I was well informed, I regret that the parts service cannot better inform us by phone to help us order the right parts for my ignition there is no more 6 coil plate disappointed ...... they could have told me that the flywheel would not fit (I had to tinker to adapt. well it's not expensive the bike runs well, and we can find parts for the moment...... it would be good that when you buy a bike from you, you could respond directly to requests for parts brake pads, ignition, clutch, brake lever, etc. for the said bike to accompany customer purchases.

Complete cylinder head ordered, delivered without rockers and I had to pay for the rockers or try to get a refund! Not normal!

The pickup point is closed, I have been waiting for my package for 2 weeks, it is up to me to take steps to retrieve my package and minimx is shirking responsibility for this even though this pickup point was a suggestion from them.....

The site is great but my delivery person delivered the package without any signature and allowed himself to throw the motor over the gate which generated an impossibility to install it because the motor leaks. As a result, we are still in the process of receiving a new one, it's a disaster but they still deduct the payment anyway

The site has some bugs during the ordering process, and unfortunately has excessively high shipping costs (€7.80 for home delivery), which is almost €4 more expensive than on a regular site.

Too long the transport I ordered 4 screws I received them and none are the same size and 2 bolts for screws you will never see me again

1 package never arrived and 1 incomplete return, and the carrier does not respect the deadlines. TNT even declared the package delivered on Friday, May 13, 2016, while the delivery was made after a follow-up on the 17th! However, I appreciated the follow-up from the minimix team.

I received my wheel, the big problem is that the description mentioned a 190mm disc and I received a 220mm disc. I tried to call customer service for over 3 hours, no one ever answered me, so I ordered a 190mm disc. It's a shame that we can't reach customer service, so my discount on the wheel went to ordering a disc, so I'm a bit disappointed, especially since my son couldn't ride over the weekend.

3 orders, 2 problems, no response by email or phone, discounts never arrived, not very customer-friendly at all!!!
