Hello :) Your loyalty points due to your purchase are credited to your account, you may not find them because you have three accounts with the same address on our site. In a case like this, do not hesitate to call us, we can do it directly over the phone, computer problems can occur. Regarding your order, you ordered Wednesday evening at 5 PM, the order therefore left Thursday afternoon and you received it Monday morning, which is 48 working hours. Order of a children's quad. Despite very good protection of the package (metal frame inside the box) the quad's casing was damaged. After sending photos and explanation to customer service 3 days later a new casing was delivered to the house. I highly recommend this site.
