Superb, the motorcycle is very pretty, good design, a bit high in seat height and you have to be careful because for a 9-year-old child, at the first acceleration, the motorcycle lifts directly and is very sensitive to acceleration. So gently, otherwise very nice model.

The delivery was delayed by several months, but the most annoying was the incompetence of customer service, no news from them, they did not inform us of the delay, we were therefore forced to chase them several times by phone, they were frankly unpleasant on the phone and even dared to respond "well, you can just cancel your order". And finally, the commitment to offer us 74€ in gift vouchers was not respected. It is pathetic to consider a customer so little. We will never renew our experience with this site.

The current situation is global and unprecedented, we unfortunately only have delays that are not respected and pushed back at the last moment by maritime carriers. This explains the delay and lack of information. We were instructed to offer refunds to avoid holding our customers hostage if the delay no longer matched. Again, this situation is unprecedented and does not reflect our 10 years of experience. We wish to offer only real stock and pre-order dates as close to reality as possible.
