I let my son manage the orders he makes on your site for his motorcycle, keeping an eye on what he does so he can learn. He is 15 years old and this is his first experience with a motorcycle and the replacement of parts that goes with it. He is on his second order, the parts he receives do not match the necessary type. Hello, We are sincerely sorry to hear that your son has encountered difficulties with the compatibility of parts for his motorcycle, I observe however that the vehicle not coming from our range we can sometimes make mistakes as well. Your son ordered a fuse and a pair of levers (clutch and brake), regarding the levers I think the clutch must necessarily be compatible and possibly the brake which could be on a different master cylinder setup for that we would need you to send us a photo of the motorcycle to help him. As for the fuse what is your son's motorcycle model? because a fuse is quite basic so maybe you could check with the motorcycle dealer to obtain the detailed technical sheet? Best regards. I am disappointed to have received my package in duplicate as well as the invoice which has been paid twice and the difficulty in filling out a return merchandise slip on the site, moreover the shipping costs remain at my expense.
