The order was mixed, one product had not been available for a long time while it was marked in stock on the site, so I was refunded for this item but that didn't suit me because it was cheaper to buy two (50€/2 and 54€/1) I will have to reorder it in a month at the unit price and therefore more expensive! They could offer a discount or give the loyalty points that are obviously removed from this item, otherwise regarding the refund, I did not have time to choose the refund method either to the bank account or as a credit on the site which was requested by email, it arrived in my inbox in the morning and I replied in the late afternoon for a credit but it was already too late, the representative had chosen a bank transfer to my account, nevertheless we were able to continue my order and it did not delay the delivery.

As for the ordering part, nothing to say, where it gets complicated is after, I pay to be delivered the next day, so on Friday before 1 PM no reception, I call and they tell me warehouse error, you will receive your package tomorrow Saturday and then I receive an email from Chronopost telling me that I will be delivered on Monday, so my son couldn't compete.

Not reliable. I was sent a 4t motorcycle with 2t oil and on top of that the engine runs poorly, I already had to make a carburetor adjustment when these are factory settings anyway, I do not recommend this seller.

Regarding the engine, the carburetor adjustment is not a factory setting but rather an adjustment that falls to the buyer as indicated in the product technical sheet: "Vehicles are delivered in factory configuration, on a pallet. It is the buyer's responsibility to complete the assembly of the vehicle (fork, shock absorber, handlebars, tightening of spokes...) and to ensure the start-up as well as the adjustments (notably valve clearance, carburetor adjustments, jet, etc...)." Very good value for money motorcycle, ultra fast delivery! Surely a bit too much given the state of the received box, unfortunately some parts were broken and the decoration kit poorly glued, very annoying for a normally new motorcycle. I received a 40 euro discount voucher on the site for the inconvenience, but I am disappointed with my purchase, a bad experience for me.
