Hello, The rims of Pit Bikes all have a slight warp, we work with FABA if you want a CNC rim. Regarding the rear wheel, a new rim costs around 39.9€ which is the value of your voucher (representing 5% of the value of the motorcycle). Our after-sales service has therefore credited you with the maximum new value in case you want to change your chipped rim. You ordered on Thursday 15/07 in the evening outside of our opening hours. Your order was therefore prepared on Friday morning 16/07 and was picked up the same day by the carrier. Hello, The availability of spare parts this year is very complicated. Very few deliveries and very little stock, we should receive spare parts for ERZ by the end of July from the CRZ supplier. Our colleagues at the call center are not all experts in mechanics, however, our workshop and our technical salespeople, if not reachable by phone, are also reachable by email. Regarding the compatibility of the parts and what you received: P0006 => The spacers for the ERZ must be the ERZ spacers (P1573/P1572), the indication is noted in the description and title of the product. P0012 => The axle, likewise, you took Pit Bike axles, you need to take the axle for ERZ. P1011 => The bearing is not a 6202-RS? Can you send me a photo of what you received? P1329 => The sizes are stamped on the original oil seal, the item is not indicated as ERZ in its description. The ERZ are new models, we are striving to bring in as many spare parts as possible to meet our customers' demands, we have not yet had the availability to bring in 100% of the parts for the model.
