Hello, It is very surprising that your Vshock shock absorber is damaged on the first outing after two years. The same goes for your master cylinder; you have had the motorcycle for two years, and we also see that you need to change clutch parts... CRZ is a reliable brand; we have been testing these motorcycles for several years, and user feedback is more than positive. We invite you to consult the user manual or contact our customer service so they can indicate the best way to maintain your motorcycle. Regarding your friend's valves, nothing is 'scandalous'; it is important to do a complete start-up, and valve adjustment is part of it, along with other points indicated in your user manual. However, we will forward your message to the brand. Regarding the breakdowns, as you say, if the control points are regularly checked, you have nothing to worry about!

Very big delivery delay! Ordered in April Delivery first announced for May 15, finally delivered on June 15!!! COVID passed by but long long long... no information without requests from my side. The gentleman is pleasant by chat but a woman who is unpleasant and lacks empathy in her responses would do better not to respond for fear of losing customers...

Hello, You did not order a coil for YCF50A, but a standard coil. Our customer service did give you the correct reference (YCF) to order, which is specific to your child's motorcycle model. You can return your coil for a refund.

Apart from the fact that at the time of the order the site was not up to date and that I ended up ordering a motorcycle that was out of stock (so 1 month to receive my motorcycle) quite happy with the customer service that responds quickly and the motorcycle is great I recommend!
