You received your package with holes and did not make any reservations, so the carrier's insurance does not apply. 1st order missing metal clip for hose Noted 2 clips in the order.. 2nd order a chain kit sprocket crown, it was not noted the sprocket lock I ordered one and in fact if in the chain kits there is also the sprocket lock, result I have a sprocket lock that is useless... so quite mixed on my 2 orders.
