Complicated order, payment made but well received but a 'bug' did not validate my order... so multiple contacts with customer service (very responsive) and after some discussions the problem was resolved, it was still long. Hello, I introduce myself, Stéphane from 83, I have purchased about 1000 € worth of parts from Mini mix since May and when I simply explain that a part arrived poorly machined, the only response I received from your site is that it is a part that is often bought. You did not understand, I received a flexible intake pipe with an aluminum end that is in poor condition and no one from Mini mix offers to exchange the part that costs 15 € when in China it is made for 1 €, there is a bit of abuse there. I am very happy with the motorcycle. It starts on the first try and you can believe me, it runs well. However, there is a small defect, it's at the level of the seat which is a bit too hard for my taste especially when riding on paths. In conclusion, I recommend this motorcycle to all enthusiasts.
