You are scammers, the prices are twice as high, they give gift vouchers that they delete in the meantime (60€). I want to change my tires, they don't want to align and the guy tells me 'you just have to buy other things' to avoid very very quickly! Buy your motorcycle and get out, don't buy anything there! I will file a complaint for misleading commercial practices.

The reason for your dissatisfaction is 48 hours delay in order preparation, isn't that a bit exaggerated? Response made on Google review: "Hello, You placed an order on 9/03, it was shipped on 13/03. Insulting us as thieves, these remarks may be a bit exaggerated? Nevertheless, we hope you will forgive us these few days of delay between your order and the preparation. Hello, You chose a delivery by Colissimo which is not an express delivery (DPD or TNT), you placed your order on 17/03 at 15:40, it left without delay on 18/03 and was delivered on 20 March at the chosen pickup point, the deadlines are well respected as Colissimo delivers on average in 48h/72h. Unfortunately, we can hardly do faster than an order prepared in less than 12h and a delivery in 48h at a pickup point by Colissimo. Accelerator handle wire torn off after 2 months..... No mishandling on my child's part despite what the customer service guys may say. "It never happened"... So what? It can't happen? ... Almost 400 euros for the product, no, sorry, it shouldn't tear off just because you turn the handlebars. If I had made a mistake or assembled it wrong, no problem, I would take responsibility.
