The site is good, there are many references and a rather good customer service, but the parts are expensive and I find that they do not provide all the information well.

C of the crap

I searched for a kickstand spring for rxf 125 2024, the one that was suggested to me that I ordered was not the right one.

The site itself is great, the shipments are fast, but the quality is not top, I bought rims and had to use a grinder to remove the burrs and even then the new inner tubes I put in got punctured in two days, some threads that are messed up on brand new sprockets! In short, the quality is so-so.

Shenker delivery unacceptable

Surprise.... I received my order.

I am missing gaskets, this is not serious, do not buy this kit, I am waiting for a refund

You ask me for my opinion while I still haven't received the package.

The aviation sleeves are yellowed near the handle, (same as the first order) the poster as a gift is not present!

Plastic kit crf 50 conforms to the description and seems solid, however impossible to fix the front plate, after emailing the site no response. Lack of professionalism, too bad.

I ordered on Wednesday, July 17, my order should have been delivered on Saturday, July 20, and I still have not received my package knowing that we pay for next day delivery

After 1 week my order still hasn't arrived.

Everything is perfect, motorcycle crz erz 250 pro well received on 07/18/2024 with a chip on the top fork T and the fork protector plastic damaged scratched unfortunately the palette is broken and the iron corners surrounding the motorcycle were bent on the lower right side and finally received a good week after ordering, the 48/72h announced on their site is nonsense, don't dream the guys at least it's received not like some sites, anyway thanks minimx plus the gift offered sticker board it's almost perfect.

Regarding the ordered part, I have nothing to say... however I had it delivered in 24h/48h. And the delay was 60h after placing my order.... I regret the delivery with DPD....

really disappointed for several weeks we have been waiting for our order which is constantly delayed it was for a birthday that has passed for almost 2 months really disappointed today still not received I hope before September 2024 as well I hope for a good commercial gesture from you since we ordered the accessories to go with the motorcycle so here it is 1000€ as well

Motorcycle received Wednesday 10/07/2024 Assembling on Thursday 11/07/2024 with the starting issue, head gasket problem noticed because the motorcycle overheated. Quick contact and quick handling but I am asked to disassemble to check the problem I refuse because who pays the bill? I therefore request the exchange of the engine which is confirmed to me to be disassembled by a mechanic (to avoid breakages and because it is their job) I will obviously pay for the disassembly but now I am told without taking back the engine no new one will be sent. Excuse me but who is at fault here, the buyer who trusted or the seller? I remind you today of your commercial obligations for me it is out of the question that the engine leaves before the new one is sent shameful MiniMX is no longer what it was a customer for several years the after-sales service has really changed

Hello everything corresponds except for the issue with the purge screw. Certainly not tightened properly. So leak. All the liquid in the package soaked the pad.

Hello we always ask to send an email if there is a problem with an after-sales service because we cannot make a refund following a simple call, verifications need to be done. I do not see any email from you, moreover the cylinder you ordered corresponds to the 150/160 type V3 engine, if you have a CRZ 150 you either have the Dirt and therefore a 150 type CRF engine as specified in the description or you have the motocross and it is a completely different cylinder that you need because of the vertical engine. When you order a 14mm carburetor and receive an 11... zero!!! I'm still waiting for the return slip and a response regarding my request.

I did not receive the decoration kit, order placed on Tuesday, the carrier offered me a delivery on Monday, so the delivery time... 48h.. 72h..., I had to pick up my package from the carrier, and I didn't get the deco kit.. But it's not very serious it was free and we prefer it green. That's it otherwise good stuff, see you soon for other orders best regards.

Did not receive the right parts and especially did not get a response from customer service, I will not come back to this site, it's a shame.

I do not recommend, especially if you want to upgrade your Dirt 125 to stage 2 carburetor and ignition. Because there is no technical sheet to help with the connectors, I don't know where they go. I ask for a video, I'm given a YouTube link, and I can't find any video for that. Moreover, on the carb, there are no vacuum threads, I had to put bolts with the screws to make it tight... The wiring diagram is not good at all. Everything is not the same. Because I upgraded my engine to stage 2. Very disappointed.

Wheel at 99€ to puncture in 1 hour of use. Don't get fooled and don't make the same mistake as me. Read the reviews before buying!!

Shipping costs too expensive

I ordered a motorcycle on the 7th it was supposed to be delivered on the 11th and it has been more than 24h since it hasn't moved from Nice and no news I am therefore waiting for the delivery.
