Following an order error I contacted customer service by email to change but the site does not keep track of the email and therefore they tell me they have received nothing and I can throw my sprocket in the trash

I am very disappointed with my order. The deco kit does not fit at all on the Varetti 150cc. Of course, the costs are at my expense. Moreover, I was offered a Monster board as a gift which was replaced by another one that I will do nothing with. Great

I ordered a dirt oneil I received it after 1 week knowing that the site says 72h maximum and there was a missing bolt at the level of the fork tightening collar

The carburetor is of poor quality, I don't even mention the air filter which is also of poor quality I hope to be refunded bought on a specialized site to have parts of this quality really disappointed

At the first use, bad contact with the cut-off switch, the service sends me a new one which is ultimately not identical to the one installed, as a result the service says they are out of stock and I have to make a connection myself to be able to operate the motorcycle, so I end up with a brand new motorcycle of a week that ultimately cannot function with their cut-off switch, very disappointed, to be avoided
