Did not want to change the tire size ordered by mistake. I called before the order was prepared and was told we can do nothing, you can refuse the package or send the tire back at your expense and you will be refunded within a maximum of 45 days. I ordered a SX 125 motorcycle on the minimx.fr site. At first delighted with the use but a part broke quickly (the gearbox) I asked for help in the chat ALL the team was unpleasant in the chat. I saw no help from them. After dismantling the engine (without a plan from them even though I had requested one) I called them to know which part to order on their site they gave me the wrong reference. So I received the wrong part. I contacted customer service again who asked me to send everything to their after-sales service who gave me no news. The screws of their engine are of very poor quality. I have never left a bad review on a company. I do not recommend the site at all. I am still waiting for a simple response from them.
