Good but no proper tracking for orders

For the order, nothing to say, but for customer service, when there is a problem with the order or if we made a mistake, the people are not very pleasant.

Bulk piston unprotected in a large box. Error on the joint pouch reference. Yx instead of lifan. Otherwise, fast shipping and interesting price.

I still haven't received my order after 9 days.

Well, not bad choice, there is something for every price but it lacks a bit of quality on the mini mx brand items

3 stars because lack of information on the items I ordered chain guide for my Apollo orion AGB37 it was noted fits all dirt-bike pit-bike but does not fit mine and engine guard received in poor condition and which also does not fit well, I received a small gesture of 4.90 euros in voucher for the damaged guard received but it lacks information on the items. Moreover, received wrong UNI air filter where it is noted Sold with a UNI FILTER sticker & its fixing collar and no sticker with it so return at their expense and new filter received without sticker too so I couldn't ride last weekend due to this error and now no gesture not even free stickers or anything else so 3 stars is average. Ordered in addition to the washing sock filter which tore on the first wash very very poor quality for the price and sand stop sock too small really too small so useless for the next order if I order from Minimx I will call to make sure the parts fit well when it is noted fits all pit-bike that's all otherwise we don't note that

Very unhappy. I requested delivery to a relay point, it was delivered to the PTT.

I ordered a product with a precise description and was sent a product that did not match, despite being in contact with your competent and friendly service, I was refunded for the product but not for the shipping costs!!!! This is unacceptable if you sell a product that you do not have, I am not responsible!!!! A shame.

Hello, the Green Chain Roller (8mm) cannot be installed because the axle of the motorcycle is not long enough, the VParts Red and Green Swingarm Protectors cannot be installed because they are too short and do not fit with the original screws, the 2 420 13d 20mm output sprockets cannot be installed because when we install the 20mm output sprocket lock, the chain gets stuck because the lock is too wide. It is mentioned on your site that all these parts are compatible with all dirt bikes, which is misleading. My children have a CRZ 125 and these parts are not compatible. I will not order any more parts from your site. Regards, Eric Passin

Fast delivery but some parts are expensive compared to the competition

Following a previous order, of a Vparts exhaust cartridge I never received the collar (cartridge fixing) so I had to manage with zip ties. Having placed an order of more than 150 euros I am therefore a loyal customer who only orders from your site I would have liked a bit more consideration following the messages already sent on this subject. I will order the complete wheel pack I hope to at least receive the spokes.

Very good contact! Good advice. Only downside! Motorcycle delivered in a crate. I know! It takes 1h30 to assemble. Those who don't know! No chance. Otherwise the crz 140 bw. Very nice motorcycle.

Honestly superbly fast, especially during the holiday season, but in the wheel kit that I ordered for my son, I just checked, and the rear wheel is without disc, nor crown, to be fair without crown ok, but the disc .........but, well, happy holidays to you anyway

Missing parts but quickly rectified on your part. Otherwise, several orders placed with minimx, very happy.

The product is well packaged and in very good condition, but in terms of delivery, it's really average because I received it at the parcel relay 11 days before they told me, and I received no receipt email. I had to check the tracking 3 days after it would have been returned, and also no phone number on the package.

Good but not at all within the time frame that the site says. I ordered my package on Saturday, and I received it on Thursday... Very long compared to what the site says.

Good quality inner tubes, which is not the case for the tire levers that bend at the first use.
