Ordered on June 7th with home delivery in 24/48h, except received on June 13th, what’s the point of paying for delivery at this price to not be delivered on time

Hello, We thank you for your feedback and are sincerely sorry to learn that your order did not arrive within the expected time. Let’s remember that June 7th is a Saturday and that June 9th is a holiday, your order did not suffer from preparation delays since it was prepared and shipped without delay on the 9th, it was therefore handed over to DPD France who delivers on average in 24h to 48h. I understand that the delivery time could have been shorter, but this is due to the holidays which increase volumes at carriers (as every year) and slow down shipments, this is independent of our will, we could not prepare your order more quickly. We do not understand your comment since your order placed on 02/06 at 22:08 was sent on 03/06 at 13:12 by Colissimo, it was picked up 48 hours later on 05/06 at the pickup point you selected.
