Loyal customer since always with numerous purchases such as dirt / fork etc. Last order was a new fork arrived damaged in all corners with a faulty thread, I ask for a commercial gesture and they offer me 20€ (I find that shameful) and they don't care that I have bought many items etc., even if it means losing me for the modest sum of 20€. I could not return it because it was mandatory for me to be able to ride with it, in short, you have lost a good customer for 20€

Satisfied with the motorcycle really nothing to say except one thing. I received it with the rear wheel warped which makes it move a lot when I ride. It's not pleasant. Otherwise, very happy with my purchase

The motorcycle is very good, nothing to say. Upon delivery, I noticed that the mudguard of the motorcycle was bent. I sent an email to customer service, their response was to leave the motorcycle in the sun and it will return to normal by itself.

Order received in good condition and well packaged, meets my expectations. (just missing the assembly instructions) Only negative point regarding the delivery, appointment made with the carrier for the delivery date (1 day off taken for that) and no delivery person came that day, I had to drive 2 hours round trip to pick up my package. So I don't think I will make a new motorcycle purchase with this carrier.

Delivery within 24/48h don’t count on it, order placed on 28/04 received on 15/05. They do not know how to manage their stock and sell you products that they do not even have on site. Avoid for vehicles!!!

Very disappointed because the gaskets are not the right size even though it is indicated that it is compatible with my engine. Misplaced studs. Had to reinstall the old ones.
