Satisfied with the site but disappointed by the misleading advertising regarding payment in installments which encourages consumption because it is a credit company that grants you a payment in 3 installments of 350 euros on the condition of taking out a loan of at least 1000 euros, as I did not accept my order is debited in one go, bravo for the ease, for this reason I will no longer place large orders knowing the trap and I still inform the people around me, I find it a shame because there are very interesting items.

Hello, the 1000€ reserve is not mandatory, the KWIXO service managed by Crédit Agricole offers you this reserve commercially without any commitment. The payment in 3X requires the signed documents to be returned in order to be validated. If your documents are not returned, it informs you of a debit in 40 days in cash (noted at the time of purchase and in our conditions by KWIXO Payment). The delivery took 72 hours instead of the 48 hours planned but that's not a big deal. As for the package, it was perfect, the packaging is perfect, no missing parts. Regarding the deco kit, the small finishes are not great but acceptable, as for the plastics, where the front brake cables pass, they are very fragile, I broke the clamp and the other small plastic at the point where it holds the cable, and I would put a small downside regarding the exhaust, the grille that prevents dirt from entering tore after 5 hours of riding. Apart from these few small details that will be important for some and not for others, it works perfectly and I am happy with my purchase.
