Everything is always fine except for the delivery problem, I selected delivery with DPD and paid an extra fee to receive my order faster but in the end I waited the same number of days as the free delivery. It's certainly not your fault but I mention it anyway

Did not receive the ordered product but the worst was the customer service following this error. The product received is of an inferior range and the one I ordered supposedly does not exist while they are promoting it on their site.

Your order dates from Friday 05/04, it was shipped on Monday (no shipping over the weekend) 08/04 without delay, it suffered a routing error by the carrier, so we had 3 more days or a new shipment on 11/04 for delivery on 15/04.
