I did not receive the package

Hello, very interesting site and very good staff, delivery in 2 days is delivered. Many parts for all types of pocket bikes, quads, and others.

Clear website, fast shipping but to the wrong address twice! Customer service is available and efficient.

Worst order of my life, I ordered on Tuesday the 20th, it is the 26th I still have not received my order, despite the fact that I took a 24/48h order which is largely exceeded

Fast shipping but returns are at your expense. It's a bit average given the shipping costs at the order, especially when the product details are not clear.

Very serious site, motorcycle works very well but a bit disappointed not to have the motorcycle I ordered but they delivered me another motorcycle that I chose.

The service is very good, they respond to us. However, the only issue is that the motorcycle arrived slightly damaged.

The order never arrived, it was blocked at the post office, when I contacted them, I was told to contact the post office myself... after telling them that it was their responsibility to do so, they filed a complaint with Colissimo. This is not Minimx's fault, but my order shows as delivered on the site while the tracking still indicates it as blocked, I am told that it is Colissimo that displays it this way... the status changed the day I complained about the delay. The customer service responds, but without any useful communication, I made 2 refund requests but they were not taken into account. It has been 1 month and 1 week since I placed the order. No commercial gesture has been proposed to me, I am told to wait for Colissimo's decision but the deadline for Colissimo on the complaint has passed and still no news. I was already made to wait on the chat without a response for 20 minutes just to be shown a tracking status on the complaint. This package was for my son's birthday, several family members had paid for it, ordered 1 month earlier and my son will not have much on the day, again not their fault, but no gesture proposed. I find that sending the same item back would have been logical since the package is, according to Bpost, lost (Bpost handles Belgian delivery). Given the exceeded European deadline, I will go through Paypal to get a refund, Minimx does not seem to want to do it.

I ordered the dirt bike mmx 150 cc, no issues with delivery or riding, I am currently in the break-in period, quite satisfied with this motorcycle, will see later.

Hello. Fast delivery time, motorcycle arrived intact even though the box tipped over in the truck, decoration kit perfect, I just had to tighten the cooling circuit that was leaking. Just a few adjustments for the break-in and we'll see how it goes.

My package has disappeared.

Everything is perfect, except for the delivery. The delivery person was rushed, not nice and dropped the package!!!! Fortunately, the motorcycle is very well packaged.

So, great experience, the delivery times are correct. However, this is the third order I have placed, and for a certain amount on each order, I was told I would receive a gift (minimum sticker) I never got it, having placed my last order over 100 euros still nothing.. Apart from a great site but I wanted my gift!
