Hello, Your order is dated 13/01/22 at 8:24 PM, our warehouse being open from Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, your order was prepared and shipped on Friday 14/01/22. You chose the Colissimo Home delivery method, which is a free 48/72h delivery. I ordered a 250 erz crz in November footpeg spring broken front brake lever screw stripped front wheel completely bent, the after-sales service leaves much to be desired at the time no footpeg spring so they let me fend for myself, I bought the bike for 2000€ plus the equipment 500€ it's still abusive. On the other hand, when people like fast55000... make crappy videos they are given gifts and parts to make your site work. Ensure your after-sales service that would already be not bad
