I let my son manage the orders he makes on your site for his motorcycle, keeping an eye on what he does so he can learn. He is 15 years old and this is his first experience with a motorcycle and the replacement of parts that goes with it. He is on his second order, the parts he receives do not match the necessary type. Despite numerous calls from him to understand which reference he should order, he has received no good advice from you. His motorcycle is at a standstill and he is desperate.

Hello, We are sincerely sorry to hear that your son has encountered difficulties with the compatibility of parts for his motorcycle, I observe however that the vehicle not coming from our range we can sometimes make mistakes as well. Your son ordered a fuse and a pair of levers (clutch and brake), regarding the levers I think the clutch must necessarily be compatible and possibly the brake which could be on a different master cylinder setup for that we would need you to send us a photo of the motorcycle to help him. As for the fuse what is your son's motorcycle model? because a fuse is quite basic so maybe you could check with the motorcycle dealer to obtain the detailed technical sheet? Best regards. I am disappointed to have received my package in duplicate as well as the invoice which has been paid twice and the difficulty in filling out a return merchandise slip on the site, moreover the shipping costs remain at my expense. Of course when I return to my profile in my orders, everything indicates that the product was ordered only once with only one invoice. Where does the error come from, who decided to double my order and invoice?

CRZ vehicle type electric motorcycle for children of poor quality. The nuts holding the handlebar clamps were missing. The shock absorber supports were not aligned and there is a misalignment between the electric motor output sprocket and the rear wheel crown.

Very disappointed because the site indicates that this air filter sleeve is made for Apollo RXF 190 whereas this is not the case. No photo of the product on the site to confirm that it is the right part! So I do not recommend this site!!

Hello, We do not indicate anywhere that it is compatible with the Apollo RXF 190 brand. Moreover, I remind you that it is a YCF part, the second reason is that we do not work with Apollo and we do not have specific parts for their machines, I understand that you are looking for parts for the RXF which are difficult or even impossible to find but you cannot hold it against us. Not recommending us because we do not have compatible parts with a motorcycle and brand that we do not sell is quite severe. I am nonetheless sorry that this product is not compatible and hope you will find availability with the Apollo brand. Thank you for your understanding. The minimx.fr team
