0 points! Ordered a swingarm for 250€, received a bad part. They asked me to pay the return shipping costs when it was their mistake. I do not recommend this site, go to the competition that takes responsibility when they make mistakes in orders.

The delivery was delayed by several months, but the most annoying was the incompetence of customer service, no news from them, they did not inform us of the delay, we were therefore forced to chase them several times by phone, they were frankly unpleasant on the phone and even dared to respond "well, you can just cancel your order". And finally, the commitment to offer us 74€ in gift vouchers was not respected. It is pathetic to consider a customer so little. We will never renew our experience with this site.

The current situation is global and unprecedented, we unfortunately only have delays that are not respected and pushed back at the last moment by maritime carriers. I placed an order with them for two motorcycles for my children, package lost. I placed another order last week and again, package lost. How can you lose motorcycles, it's not a small package after all?
