Attention, the technical sheet does not match the sold items. For example, a 12ah battery while it indicates 14ah on their site. Delivery in 48h, paid 50€ to have to pick up your package at the carrier's depot 45 minutes from your home. And I could go on. Seller to avoid. Sincerely, product not compliant with the description and unpleasant customer service that tells you to read their general sales conditions and that they don't care.

I am leaving this review to express my deep dissatisfaction. I ordered a black YX 150 cm³ engine, and instead I received a gray CRF engine. To top it all off, the protection cover for the gearbox pinion is missing, as well as all the screws. I sent an email a week ago to report the problem: no response, but instead, I received an automatic message today asking if I am satisfied. This is unacceptable, customer service is absent.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied with my purchase. This is a complete dirt exhaust line. The cartridge does not fit into the line. It was indeed written on the item that it would surely need to be "sanded a bit" to fit. But here it is a matter of completely reshaping the part. This is not normal. The line is unusable, and since we have still tried to sand it, it cannot be returned. Disappointed.

Hello, unfortunately I still haven’t received my package (FRTLN504054434). After a couple of emails, no phone contact from the DSV company in Belgium, I finally received an email on 01 June that the package will be delivered. I live and work on a military base (SHAPE) and I was waiting for a call from their courier but nothing... I don’t even know if they tried to deliver it. Please help me because I exhausted all possibilities (another calls and emails since yesterday and no response). If not, please refund me and I will lose the cost of delivery, but I have no choice. I received the quad with the broken front grille due to transport. I sent an email to the customer service email box to replace the broken parts during transport, still no message from customer service. Otherwise, the quad works well.

Delivery in 2 weeks instead of 48/72H as announced on the site (false advertising or "bad luck"?) I agree on the date with the carrier but he does not respect it. My package was marked delivered on the site when it was not yet the case. I called customer service to find out where my order was, they were supposed to call me back and they never did. Moreover, the quality of the motorcycle and the balance bike I found really mediocre, the plastics are supposed to be new, they are scratched and there are bubbles everywhere on the decoration kit and it is already peeling off and there are twisted frames because they were poorly packaged so they took a bad shape. I specify that I had ordered a dirt bike a few years ago and I was very happy with it but now I am really disappointed and especially no commercial gesture on their part, it's not cool.
