Order 92629 Dirt Bike 140 At delivery, fuel filter pierced, I didn't want to bother, I changed it MYSELF. First outing of my son, after 5 minutes he loses the air filter, the rubber completely torn. Second outing, it won't start.... spark plug dead which I changed MYSELF. Yesterday, it seems and comes back with the broken chain..... today I call customer service and they explain to me that it's normal and that I bought a dirt bike for less than 1000€ and that the manufacturer must save somewhere?!??? I am very, very disappointed and very angry as a customer. How can you have such a discourse with a customer who spent 1000€, VAT + delivery included, it's a shame and I'm told that they might send me a chain but that it won't help to put it back because it will break again. What should I think of your product?! I think especially that you must be making a very good turnover in spare parts...

I needed a chain with 140 links. A search via Google brought me to minimx. Description of the chain: CHAINE VPARTS 420 - 140 LINKS. Upon receipt, it only has 120 links. After contacting customer service, I was told that it was a description error and that exceptionally I would be refunded but that the shipping costs are at my expense. So I have 6€ for shipping and 8€ for a chain that is worth 15... They write anything in the description and do not take responsibility for the full return.

Very disappointed, packages sent on May 5, it is now May 23 and still no package in sight. Very very disappointed.

Very good site, a lot of choices, but catastrophic shipping of packages, my head gasket arrived bent, my cylinder with a scratch on the sealing surface... I don't even dare to return them knowing in advance their defense...

In the search bar, I typed TTR 50. I ordered a white plastic kit, the point was green at the time of the order. Two days later, someone called me to tell me that there were only black ones. The white one is no longer available. I received my package, the kit was not complete already (missing front fender) and it was not a plastic kit for TTR 50. I also ordered white grips that are not for mini bikes. The site is called Mini MX. Also, there is no length of grips written on the site. Return at my expense. Not even a commercial gesture. Poorly packaged package. What more can I say....

No response to my request, resulting in unusable wrong parts.

Delivery is too long

Very unhappy. I requested delivery to a relay point, it was delivered to the PTT.

I ordered a product with a precise description and was sent a product that did not match, despite being in contact with your competent and friendly service, I was refunded for the product but not for the shipping costs!!!! This is unacceptable if you sell a product that you do not have, I am not responsible!!!! A shame.

Hello, the Green Chain Roller (8mm) cannot be installed because the axle of the motorcycle is not long enough, the VParts Red and Green Swingarm Protectors cannot be installed because they are too short and do not fit with the original screws, the 2 420 13d 20mm output sprockets cannot be installed because when we install the 20mm output sprocket lock, the chain gets stuck because the lock is too wide. It is mentioned on your site that all these parts are compatible with all dirt bikes, which is misleading. My children have a CRZ 125 and these parts are not compatible. I will not order any more parts from your site. Regards, Eric Passin

The site is great but my delivery person delivered the package without any signature and allowed himself to throw the motor over the gate which generated an impossibility to install it because the motor leaks. As a result, we are still in the process of receiving a new one, it's a disaster but they still deduct the payment anyway

1 package never arrived and 1 incomplete return, and the carrier does not respect the deadlines. TNT even declared the package delivered on Friday, May 13, 2016, while the delivery was made after a follow-up on the 17th! However, I appreciated the follow-up from the minimix team.

terrible lost package, late reshipment after several emails and calls, still not received, paid more for express shipping than for parts, and it has been a week for a delivery in 24-48 hours, but lol I ordered a PC from top achat on the 30th and received it on the 31st.

Taiwanese carburetor, poor replica of a Keihin PE 28 delivered with a damaged needle (pinched and bent). Complaint email sent on March 24, 2016, today March 3, 2016, still no response to my problem.

Disappointed! No understanding, package damaged upon arrival and I did not receive the sticker! Then the customer service... better to avoid the subject.

Disappointed with the orders and the products

the site assistant does not know mechanics, gives bad advice, made me buy a wrong part, resulting in an unnecessary part and an additional order and excessive shipping costs for a screw, for almost €400 in purchases, not even a sticker or anything.

Very disappointed with this order. I called before the order to ensure the compatibility of the parts with my dirt bike, and I received parts that do not match. Thank you for the return slip, but I will not pay shipping costs to return the parts. Great customer service at minimx.
