Hello, we are sorry if you encountered problems, however it is rare for the parts not to work. I do not see any email from you to customer service. The valve clearance is not necessarily set from the factory like on motorcycles, if you encounter difficulties in your assembly do not hesitate to contact customer service by pressing 3 to speak directly with the technician.
