I can't start the quad, the horn works as well as the lights.

Very happy once the motorcycle was received but it took 3 months and no information on the delay... so okay it was a pre-order but several calls where I was given a different delay and if we don't call we have no news... too bad the follow-up leaves something to be desired.

Due to a PayPal check, my son did not receive his order on time. This should be specified when ordering because I did not know it was possible and the 24h/48h delay only starts after the 3 days of PayPal verification. However, I was able to easily reach Minimix by phone, but they could not help me get my package on time and the delivery service did not make any effort either. In the end, it's nothing serious because the package received with the electric quad was perfectly well protected and it works perfectly, and finally my son is very happy 5 days after his birthday.

Top motorcycle, really fast delivery. However, I sent an email to get information about the Ecross 1600w motorcycle which on paper had the same characteristics as the Ecross pro 1600w and 200 euros less, I never received a response.

I am relatively satisfied with the product although the first motorcycle had a defective engine after a few uses. They provided a warranty engine without any problem. The second one arrived 3 months late (due to circumstances beyond their control, so we don't hold it against them). There was a billing issue that was very difficult to resolve because one of their collaborators was not cooperative at all, clearly calling me a liar. Fortunately, I have a legal employee who prepared an email with the articles of law that allowed me to obtain the requested correction! For the second motorcycle, I currently have an issue with abnormal noise from the engine, complaint in progress! Overall, the product is good, you shouldn't expect high-end quality, these CRZ motorcycles remain cheap Chinese motorcycles, you have to be aware of this before purchasing, for me it is not a surprise to have some issues.

I only give 4 stars for the delivery delay

my order placed on 01/07/2026 with number 0001614921: Lifan/Yx valve cap: 4 pieces; normally shiny finish ("chromed"): I received 2 shiny and 2 matte gray!!! I hope you understand that if I order 4 identical pieces, it is not to receive 2 + 2 different ones!!?...

Delivery too long and uncertain

The switch between forward and reverse works very poorly, it works once in 10.

Quad received on time, very nice and seems powerful enough and suitable for my children aged 3 and 5. However, a generic manual was provided that does not correspond to this model, so there are things to assemble in the manual already done on the quad, differences between the manual and the quad, and especially explanatory photos in black and white where nothing is distinguishable. Moreover, once assembled, the alignment of the front wheels leaves much to be desired, and since the manual is unreadable, it is difficult to know if it is a mounting problem or a product failure...

Beautiful bike .. my 3-year-old son is having a blast .. The only downside is that the battery charge display doesn't work .. I will contact support..

Delivery not respected, motorcycle left at the front door

The package was supposed to arrive on the 24th/25th according to the minimx website, yet the package only arrived now (July 6th). Moreover, I ordered the minimx big R 300 in blue. The payment went through and I was only informed a week later that the blue motorcycle was not available. So I took the green one; for a first experience, I am not satisfied with the management of the shipments as well as the management of the stock. However, the motorcycle works perfectly!

Be sure to check all the screws of the vehicle you ordered because most of them are loose, and the instructions are very brief; nothing indicates that full maintenance should be done before starting. Disappointed

Very good purchase, quality product. Just a small detail, I had no tools provided even though it is clearly stated that they are provided and in the assembly video, it is clearly stated that the tools are included.

MiniMx. Very good site for purchasing a 12-inch 24V 100 Watt electric balance bike, just a little lubrication of the bearings is required before riding, otherwise a good product, I recommend it, thank you.

Unpleasant person

We did not receive it on time and I was the one who went to pick it up 45 km from my home otherwise we would have had to wait again.

Necklace arrived late so 2 days of work wasted instead of a sticker the motorcycle peeled off re-glued with glue by my care the rest of the motorcycle ok

Perfect

Very nice product, however during assembly there were some surprises, fuel filter clogged at its end (probably a factory defect), then the fuel tap also obstructed leaving only an insufficient flow for the carburation.

Cheap part, reliable and fast delivery, however the stock of parts is often out of stock, that's the only downside for me the rest is perfect!

I am not very satisfied, poor finish
