I am delighted with the bike I received, the website is very well designed, the experience was almost perfect. But I have a slight reservation about the delivery conditions... the delivery person did not deliver the package claiming that "the customer was absent" whereas the package was to be delivered to a store that was open. I therefore had to go pick up the package from the carrier... given the price of delivery, I found that inappropriate.

I am disappointed with this experience. I ordered a motorcycle for my son's birthday that was supposed to be delivered on June 2 or 3. I received it today, June 8. Knowing that we pay €50 for shipping, etc., and no commercial gesture was offered considering the delivery delay. As for the motorcycle, very good motorcycle received in perfect condition. The motorcycle runs well and starts right up. Too bad there is no assembly manual in the box. Small negative point: I lost several parts that were not tightened properly at the exhaust and engine, so it's not my fault but the manufacturer's. For now, satisfied, we'll see over time.

Very good motorcycle for its price. Unfortunately, very poor organization of the shipment. 4 days for preparation and more than a week and a half for reception. I had to go pick it up by my own means in the neighboring city because they added more than a week of delivery on top. I find it absurd that the organization is done gradually. Despite this, the motorcycle is very well packaged and with the tutorials on YouTube, it is very easy to assemble. It took me 2 hours alone to do it. A nice surprise, however, a retaining bolt for the front wheel axle was missing.
