I received my order but disappointed on several points, engine ordered with harness but the harness needs to be adapted to the engine and I received the gasket for the pipe and the carburetor broken and torn in two otherwise fast shipping

Quad arriving 1 week late... the kite deco has bubbles everywhere and I think that for people who know nothing about mechanics, the carburetor adjustment and parallelism should be done at the factory. Otherwise, the quad works well, the performance is not crazy at all but for a ride, it does the job

A part arrived defective on the front wheel of the motorcycle. We had to buy it again, even though we had purchased a new motorcycle.

Half of it was not in the order and the rest was not correct, there should have been a clutch and accelerator cable kit, I did not receive them. Additionally, I ordered a chain in 428 and received a 420, the brake pads were supposed to be 300 erz pads, I received pads that were far too small. The only thing that was correct was the air filter and the chain roller, and when I call you, I am told the order was opened and nothing can be done. But for me to realize that the order is not compliant with what I originally ordered, it must be opened properly. I have placed multiple orders with you and have always been satisfied, but a lack of seriousness on your part has occurred with this order and I am told that nothing can be done, really shameful. I have never had to request customer service, but when I do, no one can do anything

Deadlines not respected. Decoration kit with bubbles and dirty plastics. Deadlines for the second order not respected either.

Motor received, does not start, starter is out of order, waiting for 8 days for a response from customer service... the kid is currently looking at the motorcycle.........

I did it 3 times and from the start the motorcycle smokes as if there is too much oil so I changed the oil but it still smokes

I ordered rims, on the rear rim there is a big scratch due to poor packaging in the box.. and it was also written that these rims fit all pit bikes with hydraulic brakes and when it arrived my original spacers do not fit

The quad discharges quickly even at speed 2 It barely lasts 30 minutes Then the assembly is a hassle without a plan or even a video

Hello, I am a bit disappointed with the quality of the parts. I had ordered parts and I had waited for less than a month and in exchange I got nothing great.

Product received does not match the description. Seller promotes vehicles on sale but these are not the ones displayed, so false promotion. Although the vehicle is of good quality, no trust in this seller who changes the descriptions of items once the issue is raised.

I received the cracked dirt shoe and not the right color after all the rest of my order was correct except for this!

Order received on Friday and moreover I had to go pick it up myself

Several times I ordered and the package was delivered elsewhere than the chosen pickup point. So in the long run, it's annoying.

Quite happy with my purchase but disappointed with the electrical harnesses as well as the pinched fuel hose, it doesn't start with the electric start but only with the kick

Fast delivery but the bike certificate does not match the commercial name on the invoice, so no subsidy possible. The support responds at first but ends up with no solution, no certificate for the sold bike. €400 lost.

Almost 10 days of waiting without notifications and one of the two wheels has an aluminum hub, the spacers are different and the rear has a flower disc while the front is round like the original, I don't think I will buy from this store again.

Very fast delivery. Just missing an assembly manual for the motorcycle.

Package arrived very quickly even in Martinique, however 50€ for 30€ of shock absorber socks is a bit steep :-(

A lot of impact on the shock absorber, the condition of the product is more used than new.

Hello everyone, regarding delivery, the service is not very precise because instead of 48 hours, the motorcycle took 1 week to arrive. On the day of my first ride with the motorcycle, the battery was dead or empty, I don't know yet, but what I do know is that I had to start it manually the whole ride, after a warranty request the site asked for a video to prove this.!

Scratches everywhere on the motorcycle, decoration kit that does not hold, clutch (engine stored without storage oil... so clutch non-functional... dry engine. Delivery not on time without commercial gesture...

I only give 4 stars because zero issues with minimix but the DPD delivery service is a disaster

Delivered 6 days later against the "24h/48h delivery" promised on the site. And no complete instructions for the entire assembly of the quad to be done.

Very happy with the price, delivery, and the product itself except for the welds which are really poorly done, I had to sand them down to make them look decent

I find the helmet poorly designed as a road and cross biker, really poorly conceived.

Appointment not honored, they give an appointment during closing hours. Forced to wait 1 hour and no excuses.

There were missing screws and the sticker for the motorcycle exhaust was also missing, otherwise nothing to complain about, everything works well.

Yes it perfectly fits an 8-inch rim for a 125 quad and with 3 nuts, which is certain, Mini max was very correct and my request to measure well before buying, nothing to say excellent service the only downside is that it was DPD who delivered and canceled the delivery twice without a real reason, mini mx is great DPD is another story
