I give 4 stars for the price of the dirt and the fast shipping but still a small disappointment because at the time I ordered I asked customer service if the assembly instructions would be provided and they answered yes and upon opening my package nothing.. I then called and they told me it was surely an oversight and that I should contact customer service by email. Email sent no response so I had to call and they told me there was no manual for my model (kayo tt140) so I asked a question because I just had a doubt about the assembly but the person answered I don't know we don't know this bike... it's still a shame.. oh and I was missing my minimx sticker normally offered..

the product arrived damaged

Hello, I ordered my new tire and my inner tube as well as my wheel axle everything was okay except that when unpacking the inner tube it was punctured so it was impossible to mount my tire on my motorcycle.

problem with the lower T, it cracked so I no longer ride my motorcycle. The torque was good (not too tight and mounted with medium loctite) and I couldn't find how to make a warranty request.

I had never had any issues with my previous orders, but for this one, the exhaust pipe I ordered does not fit into the cartridge I ordered previously. The response from the claims service told me that it needed to be sanded to fit. I am left with a new pot to sand that will rust quickly and a cartridge that barely holds because I can't sand the pot any more...

The product was well packaged, fast delivery but the product is of poor quality.

Motorcycle very good on top. During the assembly of the Cross just a few small details blown fuse and the fuel hose that was pinched had to shorten it for the fuel to flow

Personnel problem for delivery on the requested date while the appointment was validated, transport chassis slightly damaged, a broken footpeg spring.

The manual does not correspond to the motorcycle but otherwise everything is fine. Delivery and customer service very good. I recommend.

I have a 200 cc 4-stroke engine and I received a gasket kit half 150 cc half 100 cc and I'm missing the top engine gaskets, however, quality products so I recommend but specify the order well

Hello, I placed the order on 28/08, processed on 30/08 as it was a Saturday. On 31/08 I received the order at the parcel relay (Chronopost) in express delivery, I ordered a 14" rear wheel and I received a 17" front wheel. I called customer service and it’s not their fault!! and to have the correct wheel sent back is a whole hassle.... Anyway, I explained to them that I needed it quickly because my son had a contest that weekend. And I received the wheel on 06/09, so after the weekend with an express shipment sent on 03/09, and in what condition they didn’t send it to the relay point as requested and the delivery person threw it over the gate and then my dog took care of it... And the icing on the cake is that they certified express delivery so on Saturday 04/09 (stated on the site as express before 1 PM) Let’s just say my son was thrilled with his weekend. PS: at customer service no way to speak to a manager, the response they gave me was "he will tell you the same as us" Very bad experience.
