Satisfied with reservations: Bank transfer received in 3 days so that's ok. Product conforms to my order. (Except the derestriction part of a SurRon Light Bee, the site indicates that it is derestrictable but the latest models are no longer...) Customer service responds every time in less than 5 minutes it's perfect. However, the items marked "in stock shipped within 48h" are not always... For my part, the parts were not yet delivered to their warehouse and after that too many orders to send so shipment further delayed. A downside on the displayed Ultra-fast deadline that I did not benefit from...

The prices are attractive, as are the delivery times. However, the delivery was one day late, nothing too bothersome unless you are a fan of last-minute urgent orders. As for the product, we ordered a bike helmet with a chin guard TU for children. The size range it covered was supposed to match, but it actually fits much larger...

Crz 1400w. The bike is aesthetically very appealing and extremely powerful if set to maximum speed I don't know if it reaches 50km/h as written in the description but it surely comes close. I give 4 stars instead of 5 because the potentiometers to adjust the speed and throttle responsiveness are a bit soft and risk rotating with the ground bumps (this is my assumption and not a fact) I would have preferred to have clear clicks of the wheel and then the throttle half grip doesn't drive me crazy but it's not a big problem. For the rest, it seems to be a very good product. It's a gift I will give for Christmas and now we are mid-November so I reserve the right to change the review after more intense use. For now top

I received the quad already the ungrateful disrespectful delivery man, I assemble the quad and I don't have enough washers for the front wheels, the finish makes you wonder if it wasn't a child who placed it crookedly, the air bubbles are everywhere to be direct the finish barely holds and to top it off a pool of gasoline in my garage because it has no fuel tap really disappointed

Delivery times too long on everything in pre-order then disappointed customer service the chain of my quad derailed in less than 24 hours I contacted them that it was not normal then they sent me a video of a tutorial that is 10 years old and that the quad in question in the video has no link with the new quads of today they should improve the preparations of the quad before shipping and also the customer service aside from that the quad works very well sure no problem.

Following my order I sent a complaint to which I have not yet received a response. Overall very satisfied except for a stand that I cannot mount because it was poorly welded. It would be appreciated to note that it is sold with its spring and screw because I ended up buying those for nothing.
