I bought a basic dirt bastos, I waited 2 months without having the product and the delivery date is still postponed so I called and they offered me a dirt MX for 900€ while the bastos cost 943€ to arrive at the same price they added about 40€ handling fees to align it with the starting price

Rather satisfied with the mini for my son, very well packaged, very nice bike. The only downside is the throttle grip that doesn't return, which is a bit dangerous for my son. I'm also unsure about the fork being very soft; I hope there isn't a leak at the seals because there was a bit of oil on the metal in the packaging. I will check better this weekend hoping it's not serious, but it's a very nice bike and my son is thrilled, thank you Mini MX.

Ordered Monday, received Tuesday; however, the carburetor is too small for stage 3, very disappointed to have ordered stage 3, the carburetor does not work with the 150 V3. I put back a PZ27 that works well with it.

After several purchases at mini mx (3 bikes and some items) I am disappointed with my last order for this plastic kit... I received it incomplete, I made a complaint by phone and they brushed me off... it's only by email, so they sent me this part but it's not the right one, another issue with the fender received which is not identical to the original... And mini mx has no solution, really too bad because it's their bike and their product that is supposed to be compatible!! Sincerely disappointed with the after-sales service!!

Hello, Yes for all claims regarding products it's by email because we need visuals to attest to the problem, by phone we can't do anything so I would be very surprised if we allowed ourselves to 'brush you off' because you told us 'it's not up to me to send an email', so I am responding to you that it is indeed up to you to send an email to see and attest to what is not suitable. Everything has been regularized with my colleague from the after-sales service who after having sent you indeed the wrong missing part corrected his mistake and sent you the right part. Regarding the rear fender you know, we are not manufacturers of spare parts, we are resellers, therefore we act according to our different arrivals of spare parts. If it does not perfectly fit your bike but you can adapt it, I think that will be fine. We have never received any remarks or complaints regarding this fairing kit. I simply think that errors can occur without them taking on such significant proportions. The main thing is that the shipping error of my colleague is acknowledged and corrected. After send us the issue by email and by photo on the rear fender and we will see what we can do, knowing that my colleague from the after-sales service has already offered a significant commercial gesture. 1 package out of 2 delivered and no solution to date... the customer service has been waiting for the location of the package from the TNT delivery person since August 21... and the customer has to wait while the invoice has been cashed and the bike is unusable due to missing ordered parts since August 21.
