Machine received damaged and not suitable for a person of 1m20 as described in the ad.

Nothing to complain about the order and delivery! It's great. However, a bit disappointed with the product (steering angle, limited traction despite its big tires)

Unclear explanations during the order did not receive the right inner tubes

Very good bike but the decoration kit is poorly glued and comes off at the first outing

I bought a CRZ 90 three years ago, never had a problem, beautiful finish (upside-down fork...) I just bought a 125 CRZ, the quality has decreased in many details (no upside-down fork, mediocre quality levers...), I haven't finished the break-in and I already have a clutch problem!

On my last order I ordered an accelerator cable and they made a mistake, it's a clutch cable they put in its place.

Beautiful quad with a solid chassis but full of defects. Chain tensioner unusable due to damaged screws from the factory but can be repaired with stronger homemade parts. Battery empty after 1 hour in medium mode and slow charge (more than 10 hours). Be careful on bumps/corners, the steering comes loose. If you are not handy, do not buy, it's a good base but with defects.

I would have liked to have a guide on certain motorcycle assemblies and additional information about the motorcycle.

Very very good site never had any problem just this time slight scratches due to the friction of the cardboard at delivery but nothing serious

It's not of great quality, it's still Chinese and we know it, but it's sufficient for a child who is starting out.

Delivery deadlines not met

I ordered a 49cc pocket quad from the brand crz swap on the minimx site. It was for my children's 8th birthday. - Package in perfect condition (no shock). - Easy assembly even alone - Good quality of the quad parts and tools (small flat wrench, Allen key) - Bonus with a palette of sticker decals. - Oil-gas mixture measuring cup. Starts on the first turn. And very powerful and fast despite its 49cc, just incredible. I am very happy with the purchase and so are my children. However, I gave 3 stars for the delivery/shipping. Quite long, ordered on August 13 and received on August 21. The parcel depot centers (Cesson for example) are very slow to react. Nothing negative to say about minimx. Thank you again

The two received rims are not of the same color one has a painted spoke alley the other does not

We are pleased with the received material, but disappointed with the delivery time postponed 3 times without being informed. I am talking about 3 months and 17 days of waiting.

Due to a PayPal check, my son did not receive his order on time. This should be specified when ordering because I did not know it was possible and the 24h/48h delay only starts after the 3 days of PayPal verification. However, I was able to easily reach Minimix by phone, but they could not help me get my package on time and the delivery service did not make any effort either. In the end, it's nothing serious because the package received with the electric quad was perfectly well protected and it works perfectly, and finally my son is very happy 5 days after his birthday.

The order arrived with about ten days of delay while it was highly anticipated for a surprise birthday... otherwise the weather was very nice quad

Very good products, however two months delay on delivery without any excuse or small compensation gift, too bad not very commercial

I am relatively satisfied with the product although the first motorcycle had a defective engine after a few uses. They provided a warranty engine without any problem. The second one arrived 3 months late (due to circumstances beyond their control, so we don't hold it against them). There was a billing issue that was very difficult to resolve because one of their collaborators was not cooperative at all, clearly calling me a liar. Fortunately, I have a legal employee who prepared an email with the articles of law that allowed me to obtain the requested correction! For the second motorcycle, I currently have an issue with abnormal noise from the engine, complaint in progress! Overall, the product is good, you shouldn't expect high-end quality, these CRZ motorcycles remain cheap Chinese motorcycles, you have to be aware of this before purchasing, for me it is not a surprise to have some issues.

my order placed on 01/07/2026 with number 0001614921: Lifan/Yx valve cap: 4 pieces; normally shiny finish ("chromed"): I received 2 shiny and 2 matte gray!!! I hope you understand that if I order 4 identical pieces, it is not to receive 2 + 2 different ones!!?...

Delivery too long and uncertain

The switch between forward and reverse works very poorly, it works once in 10.

Quad received on time, very nice and seems powerful enough and suitable for my children aged 3 and 5. However, a generic manual was provided that does not correspond to this model, so there are things to assemble in the manual already done on the quad, differences between the manual and the quad, and especially explanatory photos in black and white where nothing is distinguishable. Moreover, once assembled, the alignment of the front wheels leaves much to be desired, and since the manual is unreadable, it is difficult to know if it is a mounting problem or a product failure...

Delivery not respected, motorcycle left at the front door

The package was supposed to arrive on the 24th/25th according to the minimx website, yet the package only arrived now (July 6th). Moreover, I ordered the minimx big R 300 in blue. The payment went through and I was only informed a week later that the blue motorcycle was not available. So I took the green one; for a first experience, I am not satisfied with the management of the shipments as well as the management of the stock. However, the motorcycle works perfectly!

Be sure to check all the screws of the vehicle you ordered because most of them are loose, and the instructions are very brief; nothing indicates that full maintenance should be done before starting. Disappointed
