I ordered rims, on the rear rim there is a big scratch due to poor packaging in the box.. and it was also written that these rims fit all pit bikes with hydraulic brakes and when it arrived my original spacers do not fit

On the day of my first ride with the motorcycle, the battery was dead or empty, I don't know yet, but what I do know is that I had to start it manually the whole ride, after a warranty request the site asked for a video to prove this.!

Hello, This is a lightweight helmet type MTB for initiation and generally allows the chin strap to be accepted by a very small child, it is a MTB helmet and not a motorcycle helmet indeed, children's cross helmets exist if your child is already old enough to accept it. I have nothing to say about the order itself, it's just issues with the elements that are scratched and marked, and I have a problem with a nut (nylstop) that does not tighten and spins in place. Nevertheless, customer service is responsive, they quickly sent me a new nut but not the right diameter. So I hope to have a positive return in the coming days.
