Good site but never choose GLS delivery

The cut-off switch received was not the same as the one in the photo, I had to wire it differently because I did not have time to return it. It is unpleasant to receive another brand when during the order it is clearly marked YCF! Disappointing compared to my first order

Terrible delivery, customer service very good

Disappointed because returning a product due to order error only results in a credit note and not a refund.

The engine arrived in 2 days, problem at reception a casing of the engine is exploded, it has been 1 week since I have been waiting for after-sales service to return the engine, still no email, I am losing patience very very bad customer service!

I received my parts, except that the box was very poorly packaged and I had two parts inside where there was no plastic around the item I ordered, I find that unacceptable.

Bearing compliant following a breakage after 3 outings on the 110cc auto rokki (maybe its weak point) the warranty did not work

Ordered what we see in the photo but ended up with exactly the same items as in the photo but which ultimately do not even go together + a packaging that is MORE than questionable, a box with bits of 'protection' paper to 'cushion' the elements but which ultimately has plenty of room to go all around the box or even come out and no bubble wrap, So to conclude we receive a pot that is not compatible when it should be and with non-existent packaging we end up with a scratched, damaged set. I recommend neither the item nor the site. First and last visit.

Chain 420/120 gold instead of yellow :/ otherwise the rest is perfect

I should have been called regarding a delivery problem, but no one did.

Long delivery times, order placed on the 11th, for a delivery (currently being restocked at MiniMX) on the 15th, received the motorcycle 15 days later, so almost a month of waiting.

Cylinder box damaged and stickers not received

Processing time for order before shipping very long. Mentioned on the site arrival on 15/06 = shipped only on July 2. Received on July 3 because the delivery person reorganized his route to deliver to me (thanks to him). Call received from their sales service following the shipment (02/07) because I chose a payment method in installments. Extremely surprised because the person told me if you change accounts or do not pay, there will be legal action.... uh okay thanks but I know I can pay I just paid in 3 installments to spread the expense while selling the old motorcycle. One has to justify oneself.... The person called me in the end just for that! Information on order tracking and shipping insufficient = lack of precision; however very good responsiveness on contact via chat, email, and phone, waiting time quite short.

Quite a responsive site

Motorcycle conforms to the description, quality product, just missing an assembly manual upon delivery (thankfully the internet exists....), the most unfortunate is the delivery which took 11 days after ordering !!!!! Otherwise satisfied with my first MiniMx experience.

Satisfied with products but not at all with the after-sales telephone service indeed having had a problem at the time of my order and it having been canceled, I called the next day to customer service, well I had a completely rude person: "if you are not happy it is not my problem... you can refuse your package ... too bad if you do not give us good publicity.." this is quite unfortunate, I myself having been in business for over 20 years I think you have a lot to improve on that side!! Today there are many online sales sites and we must satisfy a customer and not send them elsewhere!! Especially since I also ordered a motorcycle on your site (15 days ago and still no delivery warning!!!) thank you for your understanding in the face of my disappointment

Order received quickly

The main part (YCF oil recovery engine guard) of my (2nd) order arrived broken in an intact package... Twisted and cracked mounting brackets. I was initially suggested to try to mount it as is, which annoyed me a bit. A customer should receive a new part and not one that needs to be worked on, I believe this is a significant fault of the after-sales service. Following this expression of dissatisfaction, I was sent a prepaid return label as well as a form to fill out for the defective part. That being said, I will miss my first riding day in SM because I was sent a part in poor condition and I cannot be satisfied with that.

the outlet is on the left and not on the right as in the photo too bad for this gross error so it does not fit on my tank

You forgot to send me the stickers

I received the broken fairings fortunately I only wanted the mudguard plus I had ordered a fuel tap type KLX 110 which was not in the package but was well invoiced

The parts do not match the photos on the site

Rather good except that there is no scalvini sticker as in the photo and there is no spring plus a small hit in the carbon

To see during the next order because first order I did not know this site I still spent almost 400€ without having a warranty unfortunately intake pipe broken we will see if customer service will send me my part this time in good condition
