The site is good, nothing to say, but the delivery took more than a week and while assembling the bike, I realized that some parts were already scratched and damaged. I would have liked to have a small compensation, but the motorcycle is running, that's the main thing.

The motorcycle works very well, easy to assemble, however, be careful with the accelerator cable that gets stuck when you turn the handlebars to the right... it becomes uncontrollable.. cut the zip tie holding the cable lower and put another one higher without tightening it. Otherwise, for now, it works and my 10-year-old son is delighted.. a bit too powerful for him though..

I ordered a 150 yx cylinder head that arrived with a damaged gasket, so impossible to mount it, I had to return it, I requested an exchange and ended up with a refund, 3 days lost, not too happy

Several times I had difficulty contacting customer service, they told me the motorcycle would arrive at their depot on that date and in the end it arrived two weeks later at their depot, and for the delivery of the motorcycle I did not have much follow-up and news after that and on the day of delivery at my place, the delivery person left because it was impossible to move the motorcycle which was all the way at the back of the truck with lots of pallets and other things in front, so because of that the delivery person left with it, I tried to contact him, no news, no rescheduled delivery, so I am still waiting, frankly disappointing.

Packages received well, however, I did not receive the stored items that were supposed to be included in the order. Then I received the engine with the ignition connections broken, so I had to redo them. The package was supposed to arrive 48 hours after ordering, I received it a week later without any news about my order, I had to call to find out.

Stock not up to date, be careful and ask the people on the site if the motorcycle you want is really available! And for the delivery tracking, it's not great, I had to call the warehouse myself and the motorcycle had arrived without me knowing. But otherwise, I'm not disappointed with the motorcycle, it's good products.

Item conforms for the purchase of a Kayo 50 cm3 motorcycle.. The delay is a bit long, 1 month and a half. But when you know it, it doesn't bother you. The advisors are top-notch!! Always listening and trying to find a solution.. The only downside is that the motorcycle was delivered without a technical manual...

I received a NIBBI 24 carburetor to replace the apparently defective PZ 22, originally mounted on a Probike 125 SE dirt bike. Unfortunately, the carburetor is too big to be installed because of the starter. So here it is! A half solution! Since I am a stubborn person, I made parts to modify the carburetor mounting so that it works. I spent the afternoon on it. And indeed, it works properly, even with a 24 carburetor mounted on the original 19 manifold.

Hello, it's a pity that the stocks are not up to date on your site, and that you allow orders that ultimately will not be fulfilled. For my part, it seems like you are trying to sell a more expensive product to people so that they add a bit to get it. Some people save for months to buy what they dream of, and do not always have the means to add from their pocket, and they also buy according to their budget. I am quite unhappy because I bought an item of a certain value and I was charged almost 20 euros for shipping, I don't find that very commercial. I ordered a fork clamp, the clamp is perfect but the screws do not match, impossible to use it. And the engine oil did not match the bottle I ordered, but for that, nothing disturbing, it's the same thing I needed, just not the right brand received. And for the kill switch, the on and off are reversed, during the installation I tried the wiring in both directions but the result is that I turn off the bike with ON and I turn it on when the kill switch is on OFF and it's impossible to reverse anything, just the box or the ON/OFF designation are reversed. Apart from that, out of the four items ordered, only one is fine. A bit disappointed knowing that I have already ordered from you and that I reordered precisely because of the trust I have in you.
