Paper oil filter instead of the mesh oil filter but that doesn't pose too much of a problem, the order was prepared in a timely manner however the delivery side is a mess paying €11.90 in shipping fees to receive the package in 24 hours the delivery person never came didn't even bother to call but left the package in a relay point a shame from TnT!!

I ordered a 14' front rim. It is a pity that the site does not specify that you need to order the adaptable spacers at the same time. which caused me to make 2 orders and pay 1 extra shipping fee.

Very disappointed with this order, front tire punctured even before taking it out of the box, which was also in a deplorable state, too fragile for what it is, the selected gift was not delivered to me (rockstar sticker sheet), in short after inspecting the tire, defect on the contact with the rim, repaired since, otherwise another issue, the product description is false the rear wheel does not fit on minimx pit bikes, once again, adaptation on my part. to summarize one more issue like that and I will no longer be your customer.

I think just putting a layer of bubble wrap in the box would be preferable for some packages

The clamps are not universal as you claim. I trusted you, despite my question remaining unanswered regarding the dimension of the hole spacing?... No answer = trust and well no lost! otherwise very good in general.

I have received my order of my CRZ saddle and the selection fork that I ordered. I had to order the selection fork because there was a problem with the gear shifting. I had bought a new 125 CRZ S Semi-automatic from them, and when I received it new, the gears wouldn't shift. I called customer service, and they told me I needed to adjust the gears. I adjusted the gears, but the second one had a lot of trouble shifting. I then disassembled the engine to change the broken and rusty selection fork. I am currently in the process of reassembling the engine. Very serious customer service. They offered me to file a complaint with CRZ for a new selection fork to see later. Just a small thing to review: the packages should be a bit more protected with bubble wrap. Best regards. I thank customer service for the follow-up.

Advice aimed at selling but parts not suitable or not intended for my pit (under the advice of a seller), after-sales service not serious (from my experience). Not satisfied at all, forced to start from scratch after more than 200€ of useless parts in my opinion.

The plastic kit did not withstand the first wash! mediocre quality and no indication is given regarding its maintenance. I am still waiting for a response from customer service!!
