They sent me the wrong items, I returned them with a return label at the beginning of the week to explain the error and especially I need the items I ordered quickly but I don't know when they will arrive. And I hope that the return shipping costs will be refunded. Unfortunately, I have no news from anyone.

The site is well made, however, the green scoops are missing due to a stock shortage, which I can understand, but no one told me and basically, it's up to me to contact the site to find out what's going on, and I end up with a multicolored bike that is not pretty at all for the moment, so I hope to receive them before June 29 for my son's birthday, the foam protector does not correspond to the model of the ordered bike, moreover, I sent a message to find out if the bikes arrived assembled, I was told the next day that only the fork and the wheel were included. So far so good. So I thought cool, it's easy and I ordered, and upon receiving the bike surprise I received the basic Bastos L50 and some stickers, and that's less funny, I have to peel off the stickers and properly stick the new ones, when you've never applied a sticker it's super laborious and the final result is not great so I would have known... In summary, on the site when you see a bike and buy it, you expect to receive what you ordered!!

You should have been informed by email of this shortage (check your spam) but we did not want to block the order because ultimately it is the bike that is most important. Your green scoops are on backorder and will be shipped to you immediately after they return to stock. These are imported products that sometimes take longer to come back. We remain at your disposal.
