Simply the best! Order placed on Saturday night, prepared and shipped on Monday morning, delivered on Wednesday! All with pallet packaging and well protected, very professional! the delivery was made later than expected... but they kept me informed of where it was... There was no instruction manual for assembling some elements, but after contact, they gave me links to videos... The assembly is not complicated either... The motorcycle runs well, no adjustments to be made, my children have been riding it since this weekend and are satisfied. It is in the break-in period (three full tanks of gas and it will be done)
