MiniMx. Very good site for purchasing a 12-inch 24V 100 Watt electric balance bike, just a little lubrication of the bearings is required before riding, otherwise a good product, I recommend it, thank you.

Unpleasant person

We did not receive it on time and I was the one who went to pick it up 45 km from my home otherwise we would have had to wait again.

I would like to make a return

Cheap part, reliable and fast delivery, however the stock of parts is often out of stock, that's the only downside for me the rest is perfect!

I am not very satisfied, poor finish

I am delighted with the bike I received, the website is very well designed, the experience was almost perfect. But I have a slight reservation about the delivery conditions... the delivery person did not deliver the package claiming that "the customer was absent" whereas the package was to be delivered to a store that was open. I therefore had to go pick up the package from the carrier... given the price of delivery, I found that inappropriate.

I would like a refund the product is broken it has been a long time since I sent an email

Received scratched, right front wheel has play on the upper arm and the steering link is poorly adjusted.

The brake and clutch levers are not the same gray, but not too serious

Announced delivery time of 72 hours, I still haven't received the motorcycle 10 days later. The problem certainly comes from the company responsible for the delivery but in any case, promises are not kept.

Delivery time not respected and damaged package

I take away 1 star because miniMX is not to blame, but be cautious with the delivery person schenker/DSV. Following my complaint, miniMX refunded my shipping costs within 24 hours.

Product meets expectation

The decoration kit almost peels off by itself and has bubbles but other than that everything is perfect

The motorcycle runs well and starts right up. Too bad there is no assembly manual in the box. Small negative point: I lost several parts that were not tightened properly at the exhaust and engine, so it's not my fault but the manufacturer's. For now, satisfied, we'll see over time.

Perfect except the delivery which took more than a week

Very good motorcycle for its price. Unfortunately, very poor organization of the shipment. 4 days for preparation and more than a week and a half for reception. I had to go pick it up by my own means in the neighboring city because they added more than a week of delivery on top. I find it absurd that the organization is done gradually. Despite this, the motorcycle is very well packaged and with the tutorials on YouTube, it is very easy to assemble. It took me 2 hours alone to do it. A nice surprise, however, a retaining bolt for the front wheel axle was missing.

Not delivered on time, I had to make a 1-hour trip there and back to pick it up. The front tire is flat, the frame is poorly painted, the footpeg spring doesn't do its job, and I could go on.

I ordered a chain, I feel like it is 5 years old. I received the chain, it is all stiff, it is not flexible. I greased it, nothing changes.

So I already ordered the wrong decoration kit, impossible to get a refund or even exchange it.

I didn't receive the right exhaust pot even though the references were correct

Good balance bike but a bit soft at the start, are there multiple speeds on the model we ordered? This weekend we communicated about it with my nephew Ylan Jales for whom we are looking for partners, at least a battery to start, there should be 3 sales Mr. Chavignot, Mr. Joanelle, and Mr. Gaillard who changed, they were supposed to take an SMX after the trial, the children were okay for the CRZ 20 inches, trials done on the race in Saint Priest Taurion Nouvelle Aquitaine, Ylan was doing the Minivert with this league but he is just coming back after a nasty injury at Saint Thibery. I received one package out of two and no news of the second

The assembly and delivery were perfect, but the quad seat was damaged. It's a shame

A part arrived defective on the front wheel of the motorcycle. We had to buy it again, even though we had purchased a new motorcycle.

Half of it was not in the order and the rest was not correct, there should have been a clutch and accelerator cable kit, I did not receive them. Additionally, I ordered a chain in 428 and received a 420, the brake pads were supposed to be 300 erz pads, I received pads that were far too small. The only thing that was correct was the air filter and the chain roller, and when I call you, I am told the order was opened and nothing can be done. But for me to realize that the order is not compliant with what I originally ordered, it must be opened properly. I have placed multiple orders with you and have always been satisfied, but a lack of seriousness on your part has occurred with this order and I am told that nothing can be done, really shameful. I have never had to request customer service, but when I do, no one can do anything

I ordered rims, on the rear rim there is a big scratch due to poor packaging in the box.. and it was also written that these rims fit all pit bikes with hydraulic brakes and when it arrived my original spacers do not fit

Not the right part

Product received does not match the description. Seller promotes vehicles on sale but these are not the ones displayed, so false promotion. Although the vehicle is of good quality, no trust in this seller who changes the descriptions of items once the issue is raised.

Quite happy with my purchase but disappointed with the electrical harnesses as well as the pinched fuel hose, it doesn't start with the electric start but only with the kick
