It took a week to realize that the fork was not in stock with them. I paid for a fast delivery that they were not able to refund me

Impeccable delivery, very well packaged. Started up immediately, only downside the carburetor was completely out of tune but apart from that it’s perfect.

Fast shipping but upon receipt the decorations peeled off the stone.

The motorcycle is really great! We're not looking at a 48/72h delivery but rather a week, and I received it with a damaged throttle grip. But otherwise, the motorcycle runs perfectly and the assembly is simple.

Motorcycle is perfect after the first day of intensive riding but when I received it, the fairing was damaged.

Very happy and delivered very quickly except it wasn't specified that you need to be a mechanic to assemble it, no instructions to help us assemble it.

I did not receive the correct bearings and the handlebar is buggy

Overall, we are not unhappy, however the handlebar was already scratched, the plastic that goes on the foam of the handlebar needs to be changed because it was poorly placed in the box resulting in it being crumpled and impossible to restore to its normal appearance. I find that quite unfortunate. Otherwise, nice bike, but you need to know a bit because there are quite a few adjustments to make.

Product received in good condition and very responsive customer service. I received a broken fork protector, they sent it to me 2 days later in customer service!

The site is good but after two orders with them, both are not the correct references (Mikuni jets not compatible and head gaskets either) might as well buy directly on Aliexpress + Impossible to make a return because the return costs are obviously at my expense, the handling and shipping costs at the time of order will probably not be refunded either, so in the end you will lose more money making a return than what you will recover.

I did not receive the correct headlight plate in the crf50 plastic kit, I am a bit disappointed because I never received a response from customer service...

Missing screws for valve cover

Mixed review, one product out of three is not great and does not fit directly without modification, among other things the ordered exhaust line is unsuitable for the received cartridge even though it's a set, engine protection cover modified as it does not fit all horizontal 4t engines without starter (crz125). ...

Order conforms to the online purchase, processing of the order quite long before preparation and shipping, strange. Otherwise everything is ok, quality sticker, plastic kit too. However, the engine guard does not fit at all on crz 125 without major modifications. It's in place and well adjusted.

The order was mixed, one product had not been available for a long time while it was marked in stock on the site, so I was refunded for this item but that didn't suit me because it was cheaper to buy two (50€/2 and 54€/1) I will have to reorder it in a month at the unit price and therefore more expensive! They could offer a discount or give the loyalty points that are obviously removed from this item, otherwise regarding the refund, I did not have time to choose the refund method either to the bank account or as a credit on the site which was requested by email, it arrived in my inbox in the morning and I replied in the late afternoon for a credit but it was already too late, the representative had chosen a bank transfer to my account, nevertheless we were able to continue my order and it did not delay the delivery.
