damaged saddle missing 2 screws for the front disc brake handlebar warped

I am relatively satisfied with the product although the first motorcycle had a defective engine after a few uses. They provided a warranty engine without any problem. The second one arrived 3 months late (due to circumstances beyond their control, so we don't hold it against them). There was a billing issue that was very difficult to resolve because one of their collaborators was not cooperative at all, clearly calling me a liar. Fortunately, I have a legal employee who prepared an email with the articles of law that allowed me to obtain the requested correction! For the second motorcycle, I currently have an issue with abnormal noise from the engine, complaint in progress! Overall, the product is good, you shouldn't expect high-end quality, these CRZ motorcycles remain cheap Chinese motorcycles, you have to be aware of this before purchasing, for me it is not a surprise to have some issues.

my order placed on 01/07/2026 with number 0001614921: Lifan/Yx valve cap: 4 pieces; normally shiny finish ("chromed"): I received 2 shiny and 2 matte gray!!! I hope you understand that if I order 4 identical pieces, it is not to receive 2 + 2 different ones!!?...

Delivery too long and uncertain

The switch between forward and reverse works very poorly, it works once in 10.

Quad received on time, very nice and seems powerful enough and suitable for my children aged 3 and 5. However, a generic manual was provided that does not correspond to this model, so there are things to assemble in the manual already done on the quad, differences between the manual and the quad, and especially explanatory photos in black and white where nothing is distinguishable. Moreover, once assembled, the alignment of the front wheels leaves much to be desired, and since the manual is unreadable, it is difficult to know if it is a mounting problem or a product failure...

The package was supposed to arrive on the 24th/25th according to the minimx website, yet the package only arrived now (July 6th). Moreover, I ordered the minimx big R 300 in blue. The payment went through and I was only informed a week later that the blue motorcycle was not available. So I took the green one; for a first experience, I am not satisfied with the management of the shipments as well as the management of the stock. However, the motorcycle works perfectly!

Be sure to check all the screws of the vehicle you ordered because most of them are loose, and the instructions are very brief; nothing indicates that full maintenance should be done before starting. Disappointed

Unpleasant person

We did not receive it on time and I was the one who went to pick it up 45 km from my home otherwise we would have had to wait again.

Announced delivery time of 72 hours, I still haven't received the motorcycle 10 days later. The problem certainly comes from the company responsible for the delivery but in any case, promises are not kept.

Delivery time not respected and damaged package

Not delivered on time, I had to make a 1-hour trip there and back to pick it up. The front tire is flat, the frame is poorly painted, the footpeg spring doesn't do its job, and I could go on.

I ordered a chain, I feel like it is 5 years old. I received the chain, it is all stiff, it is not flexible. I greased it, nothing changes.

So I already ordered the wrong decoration kit, impossible to get a refund or even exchange it.

The assembly and delivery were perfect, but the quad seat was damaged. It's a shame

Half of it was not in the order and the rest was not correct, there should have been a clutch and accelerator cable kit, I did not receive them. Additionally, I ordered a chain in 428 and received a 420, the brake pads were supposed to be 300 erz pads, I received pads that were far too small. The only thing that was correct was the air filter and the chain roller, and when I call you, I am told the order was opened and nothing can be done. But for me to realize that the order is not compliant with what I originally ordered, it must be opened properly. I have placed multiple orders with you and have always been satisfied, but a lack of seriousness on your part has occurred with this order and I am told that nothing can be done, really shameful. I have never had to request customer service, but when I do, no one can do anything

I ordered rims, on the rear rim there is a big scratch due to poor packaging in the box.. and it was also written that these rims fit all pit bikes with hydraulic brakes and when it arrived my original spacers do not fit

Not the right part

Product received does not match the description. Seller promotes vehicles on sale but these are not the ones displayed, so false promotion. Although the vehicle is of good quality, no trust in this seller who changes the descriptions of items once the issue is raised.

Fast delivery but the bike certificate does not match the commercial name on the invoice, so no subsidy possible. The support responds at first but ends up with no solution, no certificate for the sold bike. €400 lost.

Almost 10 days of waiting without notifications and one of the two wheels has an aluminum hub, the spacers are different and the rear has a flower disc while the front is round like the original, I don't think I will buy from this store again.

I find the helmet poorly designed as a road and cross biker, really poorly conceived.
