Very disappointed because I ordered the plastic kit corresponding to the deco kit and a sticker does not have the shape adapted to the fairing

Cylinder head gasket received of the wrong diameter, moreover the photos do not correspond to the item (and yes they are non-contractual, strange for online sales). Customer service told us that the gaskets were adaptable, how to adapt a diameter of 54 on my head in 52 and they tell us to re-drill holes in the right place. However, we ended up being reimbursed but it is still not serious for 'pros'

Despite the precautions I took while reading the recommendations on the site, I ordered a rim that cannot fit on my son's YCF 50 A. The rim is indeed 10", the axle 12mm. However, the brake disc cannot fit, and even if it could be installed, the brake disc support of 76mm hits the caliper guide... and this even using the appropriate spacers... and anyway the brake disc could no longer fit in the caliper. In short, this wheel is not compatible with a YCF 50A.

My order was blocked because a reference was missing. No message to inform me. The person I spoke to on the phone to find out what was going on was really unhelpful and even hung up on me because I insisted on canceling the missing reference so that my order could be shipped. Result: the weekend ruined because no parts to ride after 10 days.

Very good site, maybe lacking more choices in some categories otherwise top.

Well received on time, nothing to say about the delivery, but regarding the quality of the piston, sorry but I am not satisfied at all, quality more than mediocre, very bad alloy.

Disappointed, I ordered a Vparts selector and received a CRZ selector, I hope to be satisfied with my next order otherwise I will not order from this site again.

Missing parts in the order, no news from the site.

They sent me the wrong items, I returned them with a return label at the beginning of the week to explain the error and especially I need the items I ordered quickly but I don't know when they will arrive. And I hope that the return shipping costs will be refunded. Unfortunately, I have no news from anyone.

The site is well made, however, the green scoops are missing due to a stock shortage, which I can understand, but no one told me and basically, it's up to me to contact the site to find out what's going on, and I end up with a multicolored bike that is not pretty at all for the moment, so I hope to receive them before June 29 for my son's birthday, the foam protector does not correspond to the model of the ordered bike, moreover, I sent a message to find out if the bikes arrived assembled, I was told the next day that only the fork and the wheel were included. So far so good. So I thought cool, it's easy and I ordered, and upon receiving the bike surprise I received the basic Bastos L50 and some stickers, and that's less funny, I have to peel off the stickers and properly stick the new ones, when you've never applied a sticker it's super laborious and the final result is not great so I would have known... In summary, on the site when you see a bike and buy it, you expect to receive what you ordered!!

Very poor quality

Good site but there has been some slacking lately, I received a gasket kit with broken gaskets and my friend had the same issue.

Base gasket poorly calibrated, the 4 holes were not well sized... Cylinder head gaskets similarly poorly machined... The rest of the parts are fine but disappointed with this

The site is good but I ordered a spark plug and an accessory is missing, and I am waiting for a response from you. I am quite disappointed.

I asked for an assembly plan for a chain roller + fixing and I am still waiting

I am disappointed because everything I ordered was too small, the sizes are poorly indicated and on top of that, the return is charged to the customer. I spent over 20 euros for the return of the goods. I don't think I will order from this site again.

Overall correct prices, however if you find a manufacturing defect on a part after unpacking it, (which is generally the case), do not expect a refund or a credit! Between sellers in denial (while all parts of the series have the same defect) and your unusable part, it will just end up in the trash and you will have lost your money. Customer service needs serious improvement....

Until my last order, MiniMX satisfied me, but during my last order I was not happy because I was missing a vshock shock absorber which costs 79 euros after all

First order and here I am not receiving the right package, it took me several weeks or more to get my package
